Photos and Description of this Saint-Tropez holiday apartment Self-Catering apartment for 4 exposition south/west- walk to port and beach.

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor(top floor) in a private secluded modern residence with swimming pool and large park in the center of St Tropez. The apartment has recently been completely renovated. Includes:fully equipped kitchen(fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher), breakfast bar.The bathroom and toilets are separate, and equipped with shower and clothes washer. There are 3 single beds in the bedroom and a large wardrobe. In the living room with seating for 4, you have a large sofa bed for 2, TV/DVD. The balcony off the living room, providing a south/west exposure, overlooks the pool on one side and the golfe of St Sropez on the other. Dining is for 4 either inside or on the balcony, sun chairs are provided. All bed linens, towels and beach towels are provided as well as cleaning service and closed parking garage space. Children are welcome to play in the large park. closed underground garage space included - 1 garage does not allow car over height 1,72m.

Our apartment is located in a very quiet domaine next to the center of St Tropez - a 5 mn walk to the famous Place des Lices and the Port.The famous Pampelonne beaches - public and private-with beach restaurants are a 15 minute drive. The closest beach in the golfe is located across the street. Picturesque villages of Ramatuelle, Gassin,Port Grimaud are all within a small radius. The Tuesday/Saturday market is the most famous on the coast selling everything from fruit and veg. to designer clothes and antiques. The port is one of the most famous in the world, home to classic yachts and the international jet set. In the surrounding streets you will be tempted by the boutiques, great restaurants,cafés and night clubs. A ferry from port connects to St Maxime and St Rapael.After having fully enjoyed the exciting life of St Tropez you can visit the charming island of Porquerolle for cycling, or play golf-choice of 3x18 golf courses or take day boat or walk excursions to more isolated beach.

  • In order to reserve your stay, I require a deposit of 25% by check which is not cashed but kept in case of damages or smoking. After the apartment has been verified by the cleaning service, the deposit is returned within 7 days. The total price of the stay is required 60 days before by bank transfer. Should you book within 60 days of the start of your booking, then full payment will be required. Price includes : electricity, water, closed garage space, access to swimming pool, bed linens and bath towels, cleaning service, the beds are made up for your arrival.

Wonderful stay in St. Tropez

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The appartment is very nice, clean and well equipped. The residence is quiet, the park and pool well maintained. Shops and the market, restaurants as well as departure points for excursions are in easy walking distance. The appartment is conveniently located and easy to get to. We are looking forward to coming back soon and enjoy the view from the balcony on the big yachts in the bay again ...

Well maintained, modern apartment just as described and within easy walking distance of all that St Tropez has to offer (including more mundane things like supermarkets!) Communication with the owner was excellent. We had a lovely time here and would recommend it to anyone.
