For the more adventurous, there are various external trips to take, white water rafting and the monster truck trip can both be personally recommended, which are only a short drive away. The complex is ideally situated in the tourist hotspot of the island, Puerto Plata. However, the complex gives you a beautiful insight into local culture, with themed nights always popular amongst visitors. The historic Puerto Plata offers beautiful scenic drives once spoken as 'the fairest land under heaven' by world explorer Christopher Columbus, something which i can honestly agree with! After visiting the island, you'll be dreaming of sipping your next local rum cocktail, whilst drenched in the gorgeous sun.
