Villa Cora is a delightful new Canarian country villa on a large 10,000m2 estate set near the traditional, picturesque village of Triquivijate. It is a charming quiet and peaceful location and is within walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops. The villa is only a short drive from the fabulous sandy beaches and family resort of Caleta de Fuste. Villa Cora offers excellent accommodation for a relaxing holiday and has the benefit of a very large 10.1 x 5.3m heated pool with a spectacular water fall feature, and a safe shallow children’s pool. It also offers a championship full size Private Tennis Court, and mountain bikes. The villa is ideally suitable for couples and families who want executive standards, all amenities and privacy.

Triquivijate offers a well stocked grocery shop, 3 bars and 2 family friendly restaurants. The prestigious resort of Caleta de Fuste is only a 10 min drive, offering 2 excellent 18 hole Golf Courses. The resort of Caleta de Fuste offers a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices are for the property per week in British Pounds. Rates quoted are for 1 to 4 persons sharing. A supplement of £ 50 Pounds per extra person, per week is charged for additional persons Children less than 2 years are not charged - Free.
    Pool heating is provided by a Solar Pool Cover. If you require the pool to be heated by the electric pool heater, an additional charge of £ 75 Pounds per week will be required.
    Internet access inc. computer is available in a separate study room. This incurs a charge of £15 Pounds per week.
    A 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to departure. Once the deposit has been received your booking will be confirmed.
    On arrival at the villa a fully refundable breakage deposit of £ 250 Pounds or 300 Euro in cash is required and this is returned to you once the property has been inspected on departure.

    * Baby Cots - High quality Baby Cots with sheets are available FREE of charge
    * Food welcome pack - We supply a welcome pack FREE of charge at the villa when you arrive. This welcome pack consists of Water, Milk, Tea, Coffee, and Charcoal for the BBQ etc. If you require any extra food this can be arranged by contacting us.
  • Tennis Rackets are available for hire for use on the tennis court. We charge a small fee for the hire of the rackets which can be paid with your final payment. Hire fee is £10 Pounds per racket per week.

    Mountain bikes are available for hire with the property. We find that they are a great way to explore the island. We charge a fee for the hire of the mountain bikes which is £40 per bike per week.This can be paid with the final payment.

Villa Cora Management – About us;: Villa Cora is a family business run by Cecilia and Vincent O’Connor. We liked Fuerteventura so much we decided to live on the island with our two young daughters Zoe and Cora. We live a few kilometres away from Villa Cora so we are always available to offer help and assistance if you require. Our goal is to give you a great holiday with wonderful accommodation. We hope that we can make this such a rewarding experience for you that you will recommend us to your families and friends. The villa is full of character and offers a very comfortable living space which is very private and tranquil. We'll make your next villa holiday the best holiday you've taken!

Cleaning: The villa will be cleaned upon your arrival and all linen and bath towels are provided. We ask you to bring your own towels for the beach. After the 1st week the villa will be cleaned, and the linen and towels will be replaced. The swimming pool is cleaned every Tuesday and Friday morning and the garden is maintained at the same time.

Arrival and departure days: We are flexible with the changeover days. Please contact us for availability and we will be happy to assist you. We endeavour to allow guests to arrive/depart to suit their flight times; however, if this is not possible we adhere to 3pm arrival 10am departure.

Wonderful Villa in a Great Location

From the moment we arrrived to the end of our stay, Villa Cora exceeded all of our expectations.
The villa is situated on the outskirts of the village ensuring privacy, and yet is not too far away from the amenities in Caleta de Fuste. It is maintained by the owners to a superb standard. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and everything you need is there. (it is a home from home). The accomodation is huge, allowing everyone plenty of space. The owners are extremeley helpful & nothing was too much trouble for them.The pools are both maintained twice weekly and are actually larger than they appear on the website.The village of Triquivijate has a few amenities but we found that neighbouring Antigua had a good sized supermarket & cash machines.
We have holidayed in villas for a few years and Villa Cora is by far the best we have used.

This was teh second time I had stayed at the villa. My first experience was so good I had to retuen, and this was less than a year after my first visit. The description understates the facilities and everything was clean and well maintained. The owners are friendly, helpful and provided excellent service. I have recommended the property to many people.
There are a couple of local restaurants that provide excellent value for money and there are many Spanish restaurants only 10-15km away. The bakery in Antigua (4km) is brilliant and also has a small cafe.
You will need a car to explore and there is something for everyone within half an hour's drive. I loved the countryside and the roads are generally clear. I can also recommend Orlando car hire for a good deal - they meet you at the airport and drive you to their depot which is 5 minutes away. The supermarket (El Rotunda) in teh capital is easy to get to with easy parking too, but there is also a small shop in the village for basics and a reasonable supermarket near the golf course on the coast. This is the only villa I have ever retruned to for a second time and I will plan to return again next year.

Fabulous villa and amenities in the villa. Quiet location and very private. Very helpful and considerate owners. I cannot find fault with it and would recommend it very highly. A car is necessary.

We have just returned from the Villa Cora in Fuerteventura after a 2 week stay and can highly recommend this property.
The property is located on the outskirts of a small village which provides the villa with privacy, but offers the advantages of close by local amenities and road links.

Costa Caleta is just 10-15 min’s drive away, this local beach resort boast many bars and restaurants and a great beach which provides facilities and entertainment for the whole family or adult groups (couples). T
The main road network is very good on the island and the location of the villa provides an excellent base for your group to explore the attractions of Fuerteventura.
The villa itself is stunning and very large; the thoughtful layout of the accommodation provides enough personal space for couples, while still providing multiple group occupation areas, such as the large central dining room and lounge areas. This is a welcome change from some other smaller accommodation types available on the island.
The property is wrapped around a stunning free form pool with a small water fall feature, which transposes a relaxing atmosphere as the water runs down the volcanic crafted stones to the water. Small children are cared for too; they have their own small pool and play area integrated into the outside space, so everyone is catered for.
The immaculately tendered outside space is wrapped by a perimeter wall which provides adequate privacy, but still allows the visitor to enjoy the marvellous views of the surrounding rural mountain vistas.
Facilities within the villa have all been carefully considered and executed; the fitted kitchen comes with a dishwasher, microwave and full cooking and refrigeration facilities, while a separate utility room provides full laundry functions for the group. Home entertainment is supplied through Sky TV, which provides a selection of British channels to choose from. (An additional satellite is also installed for other nationalities). A DVD and VCR are also supplied and a selection of media is available for the guests to use. A quality surround sound hi-fi completes the entertainment package; this is great to play your favourite tunes while lounging around the pool!
In conclusion, there are lots more to say about this property, such as the great welcome from the owners, the personal tennis court, bar-b-q facility and separate adjoining annex accommodation, but where do you end. We would highly recommend staying at the Villa Cora.
