Notes to the rental rates

• Once you reach a decision to rent our luxury villa a provisional reservation is held for up to seven days and we will request a non-refundable deposit of 30%. The final balance is payable no later than 12 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, along with a fully refundable security deposit of £200 ($360) to cover breakages. This deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your return home subject to a satisfactory inspection by our Management Company.

Pool and Kitchen Areas

Enclosed within a large lanai area is a private and fully screened 30’ x 14’ pool with a raised spa, patio table and chairs, four sun loungers. A pool safety fence is provided, as required by law, to prevent infants/toddlers getting too close to the pool. There is a gas BBQ, outdoor shower and WC. Pool heating is an optional extra available during the cooler periods. Fully fitted, all appliances are Whirlpool. Large work surfaces equipped with everything you require. There is an island unit with breakfast bar and 2 breakfast stools, self clean oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle.

Lounge Area

Our villa is fully air-conditioned, all rooms are fully carpeted and tastefully decorated. If required we offer free use of an high-chair, travel cot and baby stroller. The villa is fitted with a full monitored alarm system for your peace of mind, also a coded door lock box means there is no need to go collecting keys on your arrival. Please note, for the comfort of all our guests, no-smoking is permitted inside the villa, however, smoking is permitted on the lanai.The lounge is bright and airy with large sliding doors opening onto the pool deck and comfortable furnishings where the family can relax together, there is cable 50” TV+DVD player.
