The historic old town of Ibiza is 20 minutes away and the nearest village for shopping, San Miguel, only 5km away. Casa 14 has been recently refurnished to a high standard and has a modern, well equipped kitchen. This beautiful modern house is a perfect base for Ibiza Town and all it has to offer. You can relax by the pool with the most amazing views of the mountains of Ibiza and a beautiful seascape or explore the small uncrowded coves and beaches that are within easy reach. Cala Benirras is the 2nd best beach in Europe (voted by Sunday Times Jan 2007) is only 15 minutes drive.

The villa is set amongst a pine tree forest overlooking the sea in the North of the island. Isla Blanca is set in the fashionable North West coast of Ibiza. The area benefits from the most stunning views on the island and is designated as an area of natural outstanding beauty. Casa 14 is situated 300 metres above sea level and has a spectacular view of the Mediterranean. Magnificent sunsets can be enjoyed from the sitting room, balcony, terraces and pool. The most glamorous and expensive five star hotel, The Hacienda, is in the next bay along from Casa 14. It is 25 minutes from Ibiza town, the villa is about 5km from Saint Miguel which has two small supermarkets one with an excellent butcher. 1.5km away is Las Suleyetas cafe and shop which is a popular meeting place for locals and holiday makers.

Notes: The swimming pool stretches out from the house and is surrounded by a sand stone terrace with an outside shower. The pool, which has romantic under water lighting, is maintained on a weekly basis by a pool attendant. The pool is unchlorinated, treated with copper and PH balanced instead. This means it leaves the skin feeling smooth and refreshed. A cleaning lady comes each Saturday (change over day) The key holder who deals with any problems works in a neighbouring village. The villa is set in the mountains and TV reception has always been sporadic. However, we feel that the scenery will far out wiegh the need to watch TV. There is a DVD player if the kids need entertaining, but please bring your own.

In the event of cancellation this deposit will only be refunded if another letting at the full rate can be secured. A damage deposit of £250 (for UK customers) or 300 Euro's (for European customers) is payable in advance, to be returned after the keys have been posted back to us and porperty is checked for damage or extra cleaning. I think the villa offers great value for money. It feels secluded and the photos on the website do not do it justice. The sunsets were breathtaking and the outdoor eating space was a real bonus. A car is a must but if you have one San Miguel has good shops and a nice cafe and Benirras beach is about 10 mins away.

Perfect Villa to Rent

I stayed with a group of friends in September and found it a lovely place to stay. It is slightly out of the way, up winding roads, but that makes it very tranquil and peaceful. The photographs do not do the property justice. I asked for more pictures from the owner and they happily sent me them. The pool was brilliant and the many bathrooms made it very easy. We walked down to the sea below and swam off the rocks. There isn't a beach but if you're feeling adventorous its a gorgeous private place to swim.
Highly recommended.

Spectacular view

Casa 14 is a wonderful villa in a very scenic location. Very spacious with 4 good size bedrooms and living/dining area. The inside of the villa was decorated in a neutral style which should appeal to everyone. However, it's the outside space that makes this such a great place. Large private views, terrace space both front, side and back, roof terrace, BBQ and uninterrupted sea views. The sunsets were amazing. We had terrible weather for most part of the week so we didn't get to use the outside space as much as we'd like.

It's not really possible to walk to shops or bars or restaurants from the property and the nearest town is San Miguel. It's also not walking distance to a beach but as long as you have a car, nothing is too far away.

Only negative was the road to the house was in terrible condition plus the satellite TV was a bit misleading as it only received Sky News. There are also lots of steps in the property so it might not be the best choice for those that have mobility problems. Also you would need to monitor small children going up and down the steps from the villa to pool and terrace.

Owners were prompt to reply to queries and safely returned deposit upon receipt of keys.

Would highly recommend to anyone that wanted experience the quiet and beautiful side of Ibiza.

Really nice place for a get away

Stayed here early this year and had a really nice get away with my wife. the scenery was fantasic and any photos or description on the site gave it no justice. we had a week of sipping wine and viewing the fab sunset over the sea every night.

locaaly, although a little quiet at this time of the year, there was still loads to do. we went for walks whcih were adventourous and fun. We also to Ibiza town. locals were really freindly and we enjoyed some great spanish food.

I would really recomend this villa for eveyone that wants some peace and quiet, yet at the same time it is very cloase to large towns and local beaches.

a great get away at any time of the year. we have already booked again for September.
