Within a traditional stone farmhouse near the village of Gualdo these two charming, fully renovated, self contained homes are available independenty or perfect together with friends. Beautifully restored and retaining much original character they provide a high standard of comfortable accommodation with all expected modern amenities. At a height of 600 metres and set within several hectares of meadow and woods there are breathtaking views of the Sibillini Mountains and nearby hilltop towns. Each house has terraces and patios for relaxing and outdoor dining. There's nowhere else you'd rather be than lounging in the lavender filled garden or by the secluded pool set away from the house down charming stone steps. Enjoy the wide range of activities available locally from river walks and mountain cycling to cultural events. Sample the many tasty regional dishes in the local restaurants from seaside fresh fish to wild boar or truffles.

Casa Francesca is a fully self contained and comfortable home sleeping 4 in two double bedrooms with ensuite facilities.. The double height entrance hall leads in to a stylishly furnished sitting room with terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. There is a glass fronted log burning fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player and phone with internet dialup. French windows lead out to a back terrace where there is a table seating 8 for dining al fresco. The fully fitted dining kitchen includes large fridge freezer and dishwasher, and there is a utility room with shower. French doors open onto a sunny breakfasting terrace. Bedroom 1, on the first floor has an ensuite shower room, and can be used as either a double or twin bedded room. It has it's own large terrace. Bedroom 2 on the second floor has a large double bed and there are stairs leading up to a private roof terrace with stunning panoramic views.

The Sibillini Mountain range with it's National Park, a walkers paradise, is less than 30 mins away. Lake Fiastra offers swimming and various watersports with ski-ing at Sassotetto. Macerata the provincial capital hosts Italy's best open-air opera venue outside Verona during July and August. The Adriatic coast is less than an hour away and has beautiful white sandy beaches with excellent swimming and fresh fish restaurants. Investigate the Roman ruins at Urbis Salvia and Falerone or the beautiful marble piazzas of Ascoli Piceno. The Frasassi Caves are truly spectacular or closer to home explore the many small hilltop towns and sample the delicious regional food and wines in one of the many excellent local restaurants. The local village of Gualdo is 3 kilometers away and has all necessary facilities,bank, baker, cafe etc.
