Within a traditional stone farmhouse near the village of Gualdo these two charming, fully renovated, self contained homes are available independenty or perfect together with friends. Beautifully restored and retaining much original character they provide a high standard of comfortable accommodation with all expected modern amenities. At a height of 600 metres and set within several hectares of meadow and woods there are breathtaking views of the Sibillini Mountains and nearby hilltop towns. Each house has terraces and patios for relaxing and outdoor dining. There's nowhere else you'd rather be than lounging in the lavender filled garden or by the secluded pool set away from the house down charming stone steps. Enjoy the wide range of activities available locally from river walks and mountain cycling to cultural events. Sample the many tasty regional dishes in the local restaurants from seaside fresh fish to wild boar or truffles.

Casa Anna is a fully self contained home sleeping 4 in two attractive ensuite bedrooms. The comfortably furnished sitting room on the ground floor has an open fire, original beamed ceilings, antique terracotta tiled floor, Sky TV, DVD player, video and stereo system. A french door opens onto a rear terrace with lounging chairs overlooking the lavender filled gardens and down towards the beautiful pool with it's sunloungers, shady umbrellas and stunning views. The fully fitted kitchen/dining area takes up the whole of the 1st floor with a table seating 8-10; a french door leads out to a wisteria covered terrace/balcony with seating for 8 which overlooks the stunning Sibellini mountains - perfect for outdoor summer dining or lazy sundowners. The kichen has a wood burning stove and is extensively equipped. There is a large oven with 6 ring gas cooker, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. In the utility room there's a 2nd belfast sink, washing machine and tumble drier.

Le Marche is rich in historical, artistic and cultural heritage and is relatively undiscovered and unspoilt by tourism. The Sibillini Mountain range with it's National Park, a walkers paradise, is less than 30 mins away. Lake Fiastra offers swimming and various watersports with ski-ing at Sassotetto. Macerata the provincial capital hosts Italy's best open-air opera venue outside Verona during July and August. The Adriatic coast is less than an hour away and has beautiful white sandy beaches with excellent swimming and fresh fish restaurants. Investigate the Roman ruins at Urbis Salvia and Falerone or the beautiful marble piazzas of Ascoli Piceno. The Frasassi Caves are truly spectacular or closer to home explore the many small hilltop towns and sample the delicious regional food and wines in one of the many excellent local restaurants. The local village of Gualdo is 3 kilometers away and has all necessary facilities,bank, baker, cafe etc.
