Set in well-maintained gardens with mature palms, and fully enclosed with security gates, children can play safely in the lawned area to the side of the house. The property enjoys quiet seclusion yet is close to local restaurants and just a short drive from the centre of Javea and its fine sandy beach. The modern and highly functional design lends itself perfectly to holiday accommodation: the large open-plan interior leads onto a spacious dining terrace which, in turn, opens out onto the pool and surrounding sun terrace.
