Villa Rancaccio is a charming stone villa elevated on the hillside providing idyllic views of wooded countryside. The villa is full of character, with wooden beams and open fireplaces, and the farmhouse style kitchen leads out to a shady terrace where you can enjoy the views whilst dining al fresco. The pool with decking surround is set to the side of the villa in lawned gardens, with plenty of space for children to run around. Only a short drive to the nearest village and local shops at Le Ville, and vibrant Arezzo and historic Cortona are sizeable towns nearby where you will find a host of bars and restaurants.
