Three homes in a beautiful and secluded winery estate in the Var hinterland.

Domaine de Matourne, a vineyard and winery estate, producing premium Red, White and Rosé AOC Côtes de Provence wines, consists of 30 secluded ha, thereof 8 ha planted to vines. It is located 4 km above Flayosc, an old Provençal village, 90 km West of Nice, 80 km East of Aix-en-Provence and 30 km North of the Mediterranean. There are three rental properties on the Estate: one is the original Stone Bastide, 65 sq.m., rebuilt in 1980, which is adjacent to the owners' house, but fully independent with its own large terrace overlooking the vineyard; The second is the Lodge above the Estate winery, 85 sq.m., again fully independent and without any neighbours; The third is a Cottage; 28 sq.m., rebuilt in stone in the late 80s, totally secluded, located 80 m from the winery, directly above the vineyard. The Estate pool, 14 by 7 m, with a pool house and a large sun deck and located away from the houses, can be utilized without restrictions by the visitors.

The Winery Lodge is located above the Estate winery, with an open staircase access behind the winery. The Lodge has no neighbours and is fully independent. The entrance leads to a large kitchen/dining room with full equipment and a large dining table with four chairs. Next is the living room with two comfortable sofas. A large bay leads to an open but covered terrace with a small garden table and four chairs. The terrace overlooks the vineyard. There are two independent bedrooms, one with a 140 cm large bed, the other with two 90 cm large beds. Next is the shower room with toilet and shower. Behind the Lodge is a sitting area with a garden table, four armchairs, charcoal and electric barbecue, sunchairs. The Estate pool (14 by 7 meters) is 120 meters away.
