The facilities, apartments and the on-site hotel within this private residence are managed by one of Italy's most successful holiday residence management companies. We manage the letting of our apartment and studio direct to the public, eliminating all agent fees and passing the savings on to you. Therefore, our list prices are up to €500 per week less (for some of the high season dates) than the prices charged for a similar apartment obtained through the management company's agents. Same facilities and same high standards of service. Just lower prices.
All of our prices are lower than the prices for an equivalent apartment offered either by the residence management company or their agents.
Located in Sardinia, looking over a landscaped park covering several hectares, the residential complex is organised around two courtyards and three swimming pools. The architecture combines the urban style with the spirit of the English garden city: fronts set back and crowned by tower roofs, wooden galleries, pergolas and banisters, flower beds to create a residential complex with its own character and an atmosphere of authenticity just a short walk from the beach. In high season (late May to late September) the residence includes 2 shared swimming pools (plus kids pool), tennis courts, football pitch as well as entertainment. Bar, pizzeria, shop and restaurant on-site. Apartment is brand new completed 2008 as addition to well established residence. Complete freedom to self cater or dine out in residence or nearby (car essential) or mix and match as you please. Supplement of £80 for gas/water/elec and cleaning and clean linen/towels.
