A very nice Beach Apartment with direct access to the beach of Cala Vinyas. The large covered terrace complete with teak furniture looks directly onto the bay & beach of Cala Vinyas – an ideal place to unwind and relax. The master bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower as well as fitted wardrobes and air-con. Second bedroom is a twin bedroom. The large lounge/dining area is very modern and light – opening to the large terrace and offering a couch area, wooden floors, dining table, Sat TV (SKY TV), Stereo and air-con. The apartment has A/C in the lounge and master bedroom for the summer and Central Heating in the whole apartment for the winter. The complex offers a community pool, a beautiful garden area leading directly to a sandy beach which also offers a children’s play area. Quiet and peaceful setting yet close to all the main attractions. The apartment is on the second floor, the complex offers two lifts and there is ample on street parking available.

Additional information about rental rates

  • All prices are in EURO and per week with a max. of 4 person sharing. Additional person on request and surcharge. Length of your stay is flexible.
    A deposit of 50% of total booking is required to confirm your dates - to be paid via bank transfer.
    The balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival or in cash in EUR on arrival.
    We do not accept bookings from 'young groups' - no party holidays.
  • Please note that there will be a EUR 200 damage deposit required for any damage caused or excessive amounts of cleaning. This will be refunded upon the return of the key once the apartment has been inspected.
  • Changeover day is flexible. However, it does depend on other weeks booked.
    For extended winter stays, rates are negotiable. Check in Time is normally after 3 pm and check out before 11 am. However, we try to accommodate your wishes depending on the booking situation.

Golf Courses: Real Golf de Bendinat Golf Course is one of the most prestigious on the island. A challenging Golf Course opened in 1986. Facilities include driving range, putting green, clubs, traooeys, buggies. Pro Shop, bar and restaurant. Green Fees Approx. €60.00. Golf de Andraixt, in Camp de Mar - 18 holes with its challenging lakes within 10 mins. Also, only 15 mins drive is Son Vida Golf. The first course to open on the island in 1964. Accuracy needed on tight fairways with four lakes and plenty of trees. Real Golf de Bendinatis also 10 mins drive. Hilly course with sloping fairways and elevated greens. Mallorca has an all year ideal golfing climate, in all of the clubs you will find all the facilities incl. rental, pro-shop, and restaurants.

Families: The beach of Cala Vinyas is very safe and secure for children with its shallow waters. The area in general is a very safe place to spend your holiday. We also offer a lot of childrens toys, beach toys and games, such as backgammon or chess. A cot and highchair can be provided at no extra cost.

Fantastic holiday in Cala Vinyas

Just back from a wonderful holiday in Caroline's apartment in Cala Vinyas. Our family had a great time there & the apartment & setting really made the holiday.

The apartment is beautiful and in a perfect location. everything we needed was in the apartment - even buckets & spades for the kids! The view from the balcony was also great & meant we could keeep an eye on the kids when they were in the playpark just outside the gate.

Cala Vinyas is a lovely quiet village but with the buses, taxis and car hire company very close by we were never stuck for links to Palma or further afield. Also Magaluf is only a 15 minute walk.

We would highly recommend the property to anyone visiting the area and will hopefully be visiting again soon.

Wonderful time in Cala Vinyas

We've just come back from Cala Vinyas, and had a wonderful time.

Cala Vinyas is very quiet, but with a few bars, returants and shops so that you don't feel completely cut off, and Magalluf is just a short walk away. The beach is small but very nice and not too crowded.

The apartment was perfect, complete with everything that you could possibly need, much better than the other holiday apartments we have rented in the past, and the views from the balcony were lovely, and a perfect setting for a relaxing evening with a glass of wine.

We'd like to say a special thank you to Caroline for all the help and great tips on where to go, she went beyond the call of duty, and made us feel really welcome. Thanks again!

We'll definatly be going back next year!!

Toller Urlaub auf Mallorca!

Wir haben einen ganz tollen Urlaub in Cala Vinyas auf Mallorca verbracht. Die Wohnung war super, wie beschrieben, der Blick sehr schön. Gerade abends im Bett konnte man das Meer hören und sehr relaxt einschlafen. Die absolute Nähe zum Strand und Spielplatz waren super und Supermärkte waren auch ok, wobei man für den größeren Supermarkt besser ein Auto gehabt hätte. Einziger Minuspunkt: leider keine Spülmaschine!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub, vielen Dank Caroline!!!

Und wieder haben wir einen genialen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung verlebt. Diesmal waren wir im Juni 2009 dort und konnten wieder Erholung und Entspannung geniessen.Bestens geeignet für Familien mit Kindern.
