Further Details: This is one of the most natural areas of the South of France and offers those looking for peace, quiet and sunshine the perfect location. The village is very well equipped with shops and the market on Sunday is not to be missed. St. Tropez has markets on both Tuesday and Saturday and offers visitors the best of local produce plus the chance to see the locals at play! The medieval villages of Gassin and Grimaud are just minutes away and both are good contenders for the 'prettiest village in France title'.

Distances: Nice 1 Hour 30 mins. Aix-en-Provence 1 Hour. Marseille 1 Hour 45 mins. St Tropez or Grimaud 15 mins. Avignon 2 hour 30 mins.

Booking notes: 50% deposit required on confirmation of booking. Balance is due 6 (six) weeks before arrival. Refundable damage/cleaning deposit of 250 euros will be involved at time of booking and returned once housekeeper confirms that the house has been left as found.

Cote d' Azure - Sylish Croix Valmer House

A marvellous rental, great for a family with older children, or for couples looking for a sophisticated and well situated base on the Cote d'Azure. La Croix Valmer is surprising green and verdant with attractive vineyards, 19th century villas and small town amenities. The property is part of a residence of holiday and permanent homes, and has been recently and stylishly modernised. Beautifully clean, charming owner. Lovely pool and tennis courts in the grounds of the "residence", pretty beaches, walks, good restaurants and market. Good old fashioned french food at hotel les Gigales and Le Patio. Les Couleurs du Jardin on the beach is a beautiful spot, but pricey with average food dressed to look 'gourmet'. Spar shop in town sells anything you might need, but is very expensive. Boulangerie "les Palmiers' near the roundabout is best in town and fab!
