Decorated with deep blues and nautical overtones, this waterfront property is the perfect spot for your family vacation. Three level living allows plenty of room for the family to spread out or offers two families traveling together the privacy provided by two homes. Perched above the Little River Marina, guests of this property have rights to the dock and float below. A mooring is available by request for a fee. Only minutes to downtown Boothbay Harbor.
