Situated in the majestic and world famous Royal Crescent, this former family home spans 150` in length comprising 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, reception room, dining room, kitchen, library, utility and 2 courtyards. Descend to a leafy courtyard and enter a generous and contemporary flat with a large sunny south-facing living room complete with big squashy sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, and hi-fi. The dining room (with seating up to 10) and kitchen both have vaulted ceilings and a warm welcoming Mediterranean feel. The endless hallway will take you past a large marble-topped cloak-room, and the first of the enormous bedrooms with a 5` king sized bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. On through a relaxing library, to the 2nd bedroom complete with 6 ft bed. Main bathroom across the hall with separate shower and bath. Finally in vaulted rooms at the end are the 3rd and 4th bedrooms with a 5ft bed & 2 twins, separated from each other by an arch.
