Comprising of a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and sea views. The bedroom has a separate access onto the balcony. Tasteful fully tiled bathroom with shower.   • 100 pounds deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks before the date of rental. A damage retainer of 100 pounds is also required. Payment may be paid via Paypal or direct bank transfer.
    CANCELLATIONS. All cancellations must be received in writing no less than 10 weeks to the starting date. Cancellations past the deadline of 10 weeks will result in loss of all payment, and the full fee payable. Cancellations before the 10 week deadline will result in your 25% deposit being refunded in full.

Outside: There are two swimming pools surrounded by attractive gardens which offer an ideal location for sunbathing. Winter visitors may be interested in the nearby heated swimming pool and leisure centre facilities available at the 4 star hotel next door ( chargeable ).

Coast / Beaches: A 2 minute walk takes you to either of the two large sandy beaches located at both sides of the apartment. Both are EEC blue flag and include all facilities. there are many more beaches and hidden coves to explore along the coast. A minute stroll along the promenade brings you to the old Calpe with it´s narrow cobbled streets and shady squares.

No complaints whatever, host was friendly and helpful, met us at apartment with the keys, the apartment was beautifully maintained and modern in a great location, with stunning views out to sea, and off road parking which in summer is a must. Would and already have recommended the property to friends and family, the apartment block and surrounding gardens and pool were exactly what we expected and couldn't be faulted.
Area of Calpe is fantastic for all types of holiday, active or just lounging on beaches and chilling out and they are only 2 minutes walk away, plenty local places to visit, and bars, restaurants etc are ideal, have been to area before and will be going again and if you want a Benidorm day out its only half an hour away.
Saffys sports bar round the corner for every type of sports televised and a friendly host in Paul and great bunch of expats .
Cafe Ole facing the marina excellent food and drink and great service.
"So what" bar/cafe, facing marina, luxury interior and good music and wide selection of wines, beers and spirits, and friendly host.
Restaurant No. 7, in the Old Town, well worth the visit great food and wine excellent service, and a nice stroll around the town later and a few drinks in the wide selection of bars and cafes.
Also both beaches, either walking along the promenade into the Old Town or lazing on beach facing the great rock or "Ifach" have a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops all along each promenade Can't wait to get back!

Calpe....Lovely apartment! lovely experience!

After phoning Neville the owner of the apartment by prior arrangement, he met us nearby and guided us in to the apartment block.
The apartment was of good quality, immaculately presented, tastefully furnished and Neville had gone that extra mile by providing for our initial use and enjoyment a comprehensive grocery pack as well as chocolates and a bottle of red and white wine!
The apartment which was on the 11th floor was about 200 yards from the nearest beach. From the balcony we enjoyed superb views of the fishing port/marina which is some 150 yards away.
Although I only used the underground private car parking once, I imagine this would be most useful during the busier season when street parking might be difficult. A lift from the car park travels directly to the apartment front door.
The property was everything that you would want from a holiday home. It was spotless with no shortage of utensils, bedding etc. It remained cool at night despite very warm weather with no noise from late night revellers.
Neville phoned a couple of times during our stay to ensure that all was in order and I cannot fault him, his customer care or his property in any way. There are numerous restaurants nearby, all of which due to the fierce competition are reasonably priced and of good quality.
I will certainly be staying there again and without hesitation I would recommend anyone to stay there.

i've never gone on holiday by getting flights & appartments separetly so was slightly apprehensive about where we were going and what there would be to do, we have 2 young children so being 11 floors up was pretty daunting but all we had to worry about was our daughter being scared of lifts! Calpe is absoluely lovely very scenic make sure you explore as we only found the 3rd beach 3 days in & we were only there for 7 days, if we were there for longer maybe hiring a car would be an option but sightseeing wasn't an option for us it was keeping the kids entertained! and the beach certainly did that alongside the well maintained swimming pool. i didn't really think about what food would be on offer but being by a marina i should have guessed fish fish fish! i'm not keen but my husband was platters of the stuff was on offer but dont worry plenty of other things on the menu. the appartment was immaculate and neville is absolutely fantastic! calpe is a lovely place and when your staying in a good place it's even better.

Situated within three minutes of the fabulous Calpe beaches, this modern apartment is exceptionally well-equipped and beautifully maintained, with stunning panoramic coastal views from the 11th floor balcony. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this as a wonderful base for a great holiday in the nicest part of the Costa Blanca. And as if all of this is not enough, the icing on the cake is the friendliest, most reliable and caring proprietor you're likely to meet. Thanks for a wonderful time, Neville.

This appartment is excellent, very clean and tidy, it has everything you need. The view is stunning and the position is just right for all the bars, beaches and restaurants. We couldn't fault it and will definately be back.
