Notes to the rental rates

• 100 pounds deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks before the date of rental. A damage retainer of 100 pounds is also required. Payment may be paid via Paypal or direct bank transfer.
  CANCELLATIONS. All cancellations must be received in writing no less than 10 weeks to the starting date. Cancellations past the deadline of 10 weeks will result in loss of all payment, and the full fee payable. Cancellations before the 10 week deadline will result in your 25% deposit being refunded in full.

A 2 minute walk takes you to either of the two large sandy beaches located at both sides of the apartment. Both are EEC blue flag and include all facilities. there are many more beaches and hidden coves to explore along the coast. A minute stroll along the promenade brings you to the old Calpe with it´s narrow cobbled streets and shady squares.
