Vilamoura has Europe’s largest Marina with some of the finest boats, shops, bars, casino/shows and superb restaurants. The closest beach is Falesia; an immaculate long stretch of beautiful soft white sand. This beautiful, luxury, apartment is overlooking the large communal swimming pool and garden with a sea view in the distance. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard with everything that you should wish for ,offering you a home from home experience. The beach and marina are both 1200 meters and 15 minutes walk. This beautiful, luxury, apartment is overlooking the large communal swimming pool/garden with a sea view in the distance. The apartment is the largest two bed on the Praia Village development and has a 42' Panasonic Plasma TV. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and is well equipped with everything that you should wish for providing all of your home comforts. The beach and marina are both 1200 meters and 15 minutes walk. We operate a policy of no pets and no smoking to maintain the high standard of the apartment.

The apartment is fully air conditioned and comprises of the entrance hall, two bathrooms, lounge/dining room with seating for six people, SKY HD TV (including all movie and sky sports stations), DVD / Radio / CD Music system, sofa bed and patio doors opening onto the large terrace containing comfortable patio furniture. The kitchen is well equipped; the huge 42 m² lounge has patio doors that open onto the terrace; master bedroom has double bed and en suite bathroom with Hydro-Massage Jacuzzi Shower; 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds with mattresses that can be securely combined together to make another double if required; the main bathroom has a whirlpool bath. There is secure underground parking. The building has a lift and it is wheelchair friendly. A car is not required if you intend staying in Vilamoura, entertainment/restaurants/bars/shops etc all walking distance allowing a pleasant leisurely stroll home.

Fabulous modern appartment with great views. We found juice, milk, large bottle of water, coke, coffee, sugar and more when we arrived which was unexpected but a very nice touch, especially as we were only there a couple of nights. Spent each night on balcony with drinks before we went out, with sun and sea in distance. The balcony furniure was very nice too. Pool area lovely and clean and quiet. Found shortcut to Marina so it took no time at all, although only 15 mins if you go along main road. Even though we went end of September the bars and restaurants were still quite busy.

The photo's do not do this appartment justice, everything is good quality, lots of room and everything you need. We were greeted by a lovely English speaking lady who had ensured the place was spotless for our arrival. All bookings and transactions ran smoothly, the taxi booked in advance was ready and waiting at the airport.

The Marina and beach are only a short walk away, there are pleanty of places to eat our fav being Tia Tia. I would recommend the Dolphin Safaris and Parasailing.

Overall I would highly recommend.

A truly memorable break

The apartment was perfect for us as it was large, clean and modern. The location was nice and tranquil, yet close to the beach and marina. The balcony overlooks the complex swimming pool and offers stunning views of the sea. The amenities were first class and included a plasma screen TV with Sky. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definately be visiting again!

Fantastic family holiday in 1st class accomodation

We had visited the Algarve some years previously and knew that the resort was excellent for us as a family. Our children are now 11 & 8 and what was important to us and always seemed to be lacking in previous holidays was the accomodation. After extensive research we found this property and it looked perfect. Upon arrival Maria was there to greet us and we had already pre booked our taxis from the airport. Sufice to say the accomodation was fantastic!! Plenty of room, clean tidy and immaculately presented we felt at home straight away. The children enjoyed the pool and there were plenty of other English families so the children made friends straight away. The Marina and beach are within walking distance and the food is excellent. If you don't want to hire a car then you can access the water parks by taxis or bus and discount tickets are available localy. (One tip if your child is 11, then say they are 10 because they charge adult rates for 11 year olds). I have to say that this is the best holiday that we have been on as a family. Maria could not have been more helpful and the communication before booking was excellent. An exceptional holiday in a beautiful location in a beautiful apartment.

Great Apartment

This top floor apartment is a big 2 bedroom apartment with a good layout. The apartment has modern decor and effective air conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge. The balcony is a good size but it doesn't get the sun until late in the day as a result of the canopy over it. The pool and outside areas are in good condition and were not too busy when we were there. The apartment has it's own sun loungers by the pool so there is no need to rush down to claim one in the morning. The location is good, it takes around 25 minutes to walk to the beach and the marina (with a 3 year old in tow!). The only downside of the apartment was that the walls are very thin and we heard quite a lot of noise coming from apartments around us (chatting, coughing, tv noise etc). The handover on arrival could also have been a bit more thorough, we had problems operating the air conditioning at first and had to call Maria for some guidance and we were not given the pin number to give us access to the pool area and had to find other guests who were willing to tell us the code. In summary though an excellent apartment that I would definitely recommend.
