The beach and marina are both 1200 meters and 15 minutes walk. We operate a policy of no pets and no smoking to maintain the high standard of the apartment.

The apartment is fully air conditioned and comprises of the entrance hall, two bathrooms, lounge/dining room with seating for six people, SKY HD TV (including all movie and sky sports stations), DVD / Radio / CD Music system, sofa bed and patio doors opening onto the large terrace containing comfortable patio furniture. The kitchen is well equipped; the huge 42 m² lounge has patio doors that open onto the terrace; master bedroom has double bed and en suite bathroom with Hydro-Massage Jacuzzi Shower; 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds with mattresses that can be securely combined together to make another double if required; the main bathroom has a whirlpool bath. There is secure underground parking. The building has a lift and it is wheelchair friendly. A car is not required if you intend staying in Vilamoura, entertainment/restaurants/bars/shops etc all walking distance allowing a pleasant leisurely stroll home.
