Siesta Beach is named by the Travel Channel as one of the top 10 beaches in the World. This property sits on a site providing a full view of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach. We have direct access and there are no buildings to block our views. Just exit the building, cross Beach Road, and your feet hit the white powdery sand of the beach! You are within walking distance of the 'village' area where you can dine, shop, eat ice cream, or sit and enjoy entertainment. Want to just relax in the condo? The condo is equipped with DVDs, videos, books, and cable TV. Sarasota is an amazing city that offers both casual and upscale shopping and entertainment. Siesta Key's location provides access to a highway system that allows you to plan for several day trips to nearby tourist attractions. The condo itself is located in one of the smaller condominium complexes on Siesta Key. We just completed a $3 million renovation to the building; and it looks as beautiful as the views it offers.

This 3rd floor beach front condo offers amazing views from the moment you step through the door. It was recently remodeled and decorated in warm, soothing, tropical colors. It features 1 bedroom/ 1 bath, well equipped kitchen with new appliances, dining area for 4, living area, and enclosed lanai with additional seating and dining. The condo has an assigned parking space, there is a elevator on the premises, and is equipped with coin operated washers/dryers on each floor. An on-site property manager is available to answers any questions or concerns. This is a non smoking property and no pets are allowed on the premises. The condo is within walking distance of dining, shopping, and night-life and is also conveniently located for public transportation access. There is direct access to the beach.

Notes: For additional guests, there is a queen size sleeper sofa. The living area also has 2 leather recliners and an entertainment center with a DVD/Video/TV combo It is stocked with movies and DVDs. The condo has tiled floors and a very open floor plan allowing beautiful views throughout. The enclosed lanai has a love seat and a table for 4. It's the perfect spot to take in the breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf. It has 3 very large windows (2 of which open). The kitchen has been fully remodeled with all new appliances. There is a dining area with seating for 4. A small desk provides you a place to use your computer or write notes home. The entire condo is very well equipped for your stay. We have installed a blue light germicidal cleaner for air quality. Condo is equipped with high speed internet.

Fantastic place to stay

We have stayed in many holiday rentals across the world through this website and can honestly say that is the best we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. From the moment we opened the door and saw the fantastic view, this condo did not disappoint. It was truly like being at home as EVERY piece of equipment you could possibly need, from a corkscrew to roasting pans big enough to cook the family turkey(!) was provided and all in excellent condition.
The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of Siesta Key village with the added bonus of being able to step out of your door and be mere steps from the beach. Local malls and movie theatres were minutes away and I would recommend a visit to Prime Outlets in Ellenton for a serious splurge on your credit cards!
Being a cynical Brit I pride myself on not being easily impressed but I strongly recommend a stay at the Sunset Royale - you will not be disappointed!
