This is a superb fully air conditioned 2 storey townhouse of only eight on this development along with apartments facing and the communal pool is located just outside our patio doors making it perfect for families. This is a self catering villa with cable tv. It also has a restaurant, child's play area, a modern spa centre with steam bath, sauna and jacuzzi, a workout facility/gym, beauty parlour, massage room and also 24hour security with gated access. The Marina and beach are a 1 minute walk away with a casino, bars and restaurants. Sunny beach resort is a fifteen minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride (about £6.00 in taxi), or the bus which is about 50p each.   • Changeover day Saturday
    After our first successful year in 2008 where we had this home fully booked from june to august and a few weeks elsewhere in the year we have kept our rental rates competitive due to the weak pound. Please read our testimonials from delighted customers from 08 .
  • A cleaning fee of £50-00 per stay, (on top of the rental rates) will be payable in advance.
  • We will require a 50% deposit payment on booking with a £50-00 per week security/damage deposit. We require the further 50% payment one month before arrival date.
    Note: if the final 50% is not paid on time the property will be re advertised for these dates and you will lose your deposit. Please note for payments by international bank transfer there are fees to pay which must be paid by the customer and we would require funds cleared in our account to that amount so it may be beneficial to complete a single transfer as the fees can be as much as £25-00 per transfer depending on your bank.

Sunny beach: There is fantastic nightlife activity in the sunny beach resort and when you have had your fill you can return to a quiet complex with comfortable and clean accomodation

Nessebar: A visit to Old Nessebar is an absolute must as a quaint old village in the vernacular. You can sit and have a meal in the many restaurants overlooking the Black Sea.

What an Ideal Holiday Home

Well what can I say about this property, truely as described. We had a fantastic holiday, ideal for families with young children. We have a very active 2 year old and a 6 year old. The pool was great, clean and well managed. Sunbeds were always available. Plenty of friendly English families around.

Town house is situated 10m away from pool and has 2 good sized bedrooms and good sized downstairs living area. All rooms are air conditioned and is well recieved.

The location is ideal around 250m to a nice moderately quiet sandy beach and marina. Sunny Beach is around 10 minutes taxi away if you want a lively resort.

Village is fantastic with plenty of well priced Restraunts the Rusina was particulary good as was the Balkan.

Had a car while there, would recommend but need to be a confident driver as locals are nut cases on the roads. Explored Sozolpol and Varna.

This was our first time in Bulgaria every about this location/apartment was ideal and we want to go back next year cant wait.

Fantastic Holiday - August 2009

Just back from our holiday and wishing we were back there already! The house and complex were exactly as described. It is a beautiful house on a beautiful complex. Very clean and extremely relaxing - air con an absolute Godsend. Not once did we struggle to get a sunbed by the pool! The complex is well managed with staff on site 24 hours a day. The restaurant on the complex served good food at a reasonable price - although there are plenty of restaurants in the village too. The house is situated in an ideal location - 2 min walk to beach/marina, 5 min walk to the village (where we made lots of friends with the locals). We visited Sunny Beach (10 mins by local bus - cost 1 lev). It is worth a visit to Sunny Beach but we were glad to be able to escape it as it is extremely busy. We also visited Nessebar, a beautiful old village well worth visiting - we went by taxi but you can catch the bus. 2 waterparks close by - both with free shuttle service. We have 2 children (8 and 15) and both had a good time. The owner is an extremely helpful and genuine person who gladly answered all our questions - even down to helping us to organise our transfer from the airport to the complex. Like most people we were wary about booking over the internet but needn't have been - once we contacted the owner he gave us information and links to outside websites that allayed our fears instantly. We are hoping to go back next year and would definitely, definitely recommend this property to anyone without hesitation.

Beautiful and relaxing complex

We've spent a week in the townhouse and my children loved it. It is very modern and spacious. Very family orientated complex, very well maintained pool and green areas, kids club and a nice restaurant. Definetely will go back again.

Nice Villa, plenty of space, well furnished, aircon was a godsend at that time, Resort was quiet relaxed and for families and very close to the marina and beach. Resonable price, I would recommend it to anyone.

Never lived better!

Just come home from our holiday at St Vlas. We stayed for two weeks. This apartment is the best I have ever stayed at. The pool just outside the door, friendly and helping staff, everything brand new and clean. The beach a couple of minutes away and a new supermarket just as close. We were 5 people who lived here. Me and my daughter (12 year) hade the little bedroom and our friends with there daughter ( 5 year) sleeped in the double bed. (There is also a sofa bed if you want) In the evening we grown-ups could sit outside the house and talk and the children could play near us, or dans with the clown who came every night. If you come here, I really recommend a visit to Nessebar. Eva July-08
