This is a superb fully air conditioned 2 storey townhouse of only eight on this development along with apartments facing and the communal pool is located just outside our patio doors making it perfect for families. This is a self catering villa with cable tv. It also has a restaurant, child's play area, a modern spa centre with steam bath, sauna and jacuzzi, a workout facility/gym, beauty parlour, massage room and also 24hour security with gated access. The Marina and beach are a 1 minute walk away with a casino, bars and restaurants. Notes to the rental rates

The rates we have decided to charge are low for the property as this is brand new and so our first year of rental, we will expect our prices to rise next year after we build a client base of people who have visited and will either return or tell others about it. So get booking now for this special offer year!!!

A cleaning fee of £50-00 per stay, (on top of the rental rates) will be payable in advance.

We will require a 50% deposit payment on booking with a £50-00 per week security/damage deposit. We require the further 50% payment one month before arrival date.
Note: if the final 50% is not paid on time the property will be re advertised for these dates and you will lose your deposit. Please note for payments by international bank transfer there are fees to pay which must be paid by the customer and we would require funds cleared in our account to that amount so it may be beneficial to complete a single transfer as the fees can be as much as £25-00 per transfer depending on your bank.
