It is ideally located on the Western Coastline with striking views from all vantages of Clew Bay, Achill and Clare Islands and Croagh Patrick. Whether you are looking for a quiet retreat or an action packed holiday it will provide the perfect base. It is a single story build comprising Entrance hall, Kitchen,utility , Dining room, bathroom , master bedroom with en-suite, double bedroom, twin bedroom and study/playroom. It is fully fitted with all modern amenities and finished to a high standard throughout. It is set within 7 acres of private land with a sandy beach located at the bottom of the garden.

The West Coast of Mayo is renowned for its breathtaking scenery and has long attracted Artists, writers and craftsmen to its shores. It has an abundance of activities to offer the outdoor enthusiast. Numerous uncluttered sandy beaches including Cross strand, are popular with surfers and canoeists and the Mweelraea mountain range offers trekking and abseiling. Doolough is a favourite for salmon and trout fishing or you may prefer to join the hundreds of pilgrims each year who climb Croagh Patrick or follow the well documented archaeological trail of the region. Golf,horse riding and health spas are plentiful in the Georgian town of Westport located 13 miles away and there is a sailing school on Collanmore Island. Louisburgh is a traditional Irish village only one mile away. It is a friendly community providing local amenities, cosy pubs and good restaurants. Two hours drive South will bring you to Galway City of Oyster Festival fame and the same distance North is Sligo (Yeats' county).
