This luxury villa is well furnished and will give you a homey feeling on your summer holiday. Very private in a beautiful setting with private pool with Roman steps and at walking distance from restaurants, bars and the sea shore. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freeze and dishwasher and washing machine located in the utility room. Next to the living room is a glazed-in sun lounge. Supermarket and shops are nearby.

Moraira used to be a small fishing town but has grown into a popular holiday destination over the last couple of years and the town has managed to keep the Spanish style of living during all the changes. There are several beaches along the coastal road between Moraira and Calpe where you can enjoy a day in the sun, go snorkelling and on some of them you can even enjoy a day of windsurfing. There are also many shops and bars along the towns boulevard.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Upon arrival the beds are made up and one large towel and one small towel provided. If a linen change is needed this can be ordered at the office on the day of arrival at a price of 12 Euros per packet/week, beds made.
  • Prices are per week and for the whole property. Price includes: electricity and water use, complete use of the villa and linen and towel package per person. Final cleaning costs: 80 Euros (one time payment, mandatory, and is paid on the day of arrival in cash) A damage deposit of 500 Euros needs to be paid on the day of arrival and can be paid with cheque. This is only used for large damages and not for a broken plate or glass, Big damages have to be reported, cheques will not be activated if the villa is returned in good order. If so it will be returned to you within 1 week after the departure date.

Lovely villa in a very convenient location

This is a lovely villa in a lovely location and only a few minutes walk to beaches and some wonderful restaurants including the fabulous Olive Tree! Within very easy walking distance to the town too which is great as we didn't have to use the car if we didn't want to. The villa is exactly as it looks in the photos and the pool is a good size. This is the second year running we have been to Moraira and we would definitely rent this villa again and happily recommend it to others.
