This brand new residence with swimming pool and children's pool, is in an ideal situation half way between Saint-Tropez and Cannes, and only a few kilometres from Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Raphael. St Aygulf is a small sea side town with a well deserved reputation for great beaches. Discover its coast, port and the “Etangs (Ponds) de Villepey' nature reserve. The residence, built in traditional Provencal style - with ochre-tinted facades and sloping roofs, covered with old Roman tiles, blends well in the 2 hectare Domaine, of Oak and Eucalyptus trees, which overlook the “Etangs de Villepey ‘ nature reserve. It is only 2.5 km from the centre of St Aygulf and its sandy beaches. A path going along the ponds, ltakes you to the beach in 30 to 40mn.

The apartment for 4/55persons is approximately 32 m². It has sleeping arrangements for 3 people in the lounge area and one bedroom with 2 single or one double bed. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, 4 electric rings and an oven and a dishwasher. There is a bathroom with separate WC. Satellite TV is included in each apartment. Every apartment has a balcony or a terrace, with garden furniture.
