Florentine newly built villa with a panoramic location on a elegante hilltop close to Seillans and Fayence with 3,4 m high ceilings and open space downstairs with country kitchen that goes into the salon with 2 fireplaces. Dining and sitting for 8 persons and the same outside with extra sitting at poolside with sofas chairs and mattresses. A completely protected villa built on a ground of highwalls like an old castle. Fully equipped with TV, broadband, burgleralarm and soforth. Walking distance to Seillans of 2400m. Lovely terrace around the house and easy to access the pool right outside the salon.Beautiful study that sleeps 2 extra persons if 6 persons are renting. 2 lovely bedrooms with double beds. One study with 2 single beds. Modern contemporary with part antiques and old paintings.
