Two-bed penthouse apartment with park and sea views. There is a three seater and a two seater sofa in the lounge so a further adult and child could be accommodated.Third floor but has lift. Great fitted kitchen .Full bathroom with over bath shower and separate shower room with Finnish sauna. Washing machine. Heated floors in both these rooms. From the rear of the property you can walk through Kadriog Park to the palace of peter the great and his wife Catherine. Then catch the tram into town. To walk is around 40 mins. Next door to the comfort hotel oru. Supermarket 10 mins walk. From the viru centre buses stop right outside the building. To walk to viru centre, through kadriog park, approx 40 minutes. Parking outside building or by arrangement in covered car-park. The apartment is facing the singing square (lauluvaljak) so just walk across the road to any concerts or gatherings or if you have no tickets why not a bottle of champagne and sit on your own balcony and just listen .

Notes to the rental rates

• high season March 20-25 and all events in Tallinn
  prices quoted are for four sharing but should you have smaller numbers or maybe travelling alone please contact for the appropriate rates. thank you.
  
• Check-in and out is agreed individually. The keys will be handed over and returned by agreement in advance. Your security and safety is paramount so make sure the door is locked each time to enter and leave the apartment. Also please do not smoke in the apartment. The apartment will be supplied with fresh linen, towels and soap once a week or by arrangement. Please respect the other residents in this exclusive apartment b lock. Thank you.
  
• The 50% deposit will be paid into a named bank account and the remaining amount will be in cash at the first meeting.
  

Accommodation and Facilities for the apartment in Estonia

SKIING AND NORDIC WALKING/SWIMMING

There is skiing in the south of Estonia and Nordic walking within a mile or two of the apartment. There is a marina approx 2 kilometres from the apartment on the road to Pirita. Just a short distance from there is a wonderful b each surrounded by a pine forest.

FERRIES

In the other direction at the port of Tallinn are many ferries to take you to Finland, Sweden, Russia and many other cities. Also there is a helicopter taking you within half and hour to Finland. This can b e b booked at the voru hotel in central Tallinn opposite the post office. Also from there goes the bus tour of the city. Very well worth taking. Tallinn is known for its old town which is a UNESCO world heritage site. There are medieval sites throughout Estonia to see which are too numerous to list but if you require more information just speak to the owners. Wonderful cafes bars and restaurants too.

The apartment facing the famous Singing Square (Lauluvaljak) so if you are not able to get tickets to the some of the events held there you can just chill out on your own balcony and listen to the music. Come out of the apartment and go along the back road leading into the wonderful Kadriorg Park. Pass the lake with the all the birds on it and a little walk takes you to see Peter the Great's Palaces. One is the official home of Estonia's President. (Presidendi Loss). Continue out of the Park and hop on to the frequent trams at the terminus. For a tiny amount (the tickets can be bought at the little sweet and tobacco kiosks) and a few stops you are at the Viru Centre. The wonderful heritage of Estonia is within walking distance.
