Imagine - In the warmth of the Mediterranean sun you are pulling into the lane that you know your holiday home is on and you see a white 'cottage' with blue shutters, there is a shady olive tree in the garden with table and chairs nested underneath sheltering from the sun. Through the front door you find a comfortable sitting room with a sofa that pulls out into two single beds. The well equipped kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar. Up the wooden stairs is the bedroom with a comfortable double bed and fresh towels. Here you have a choice of sitting on the balcony that has a sea view where you can see the little island nestling in the crystal clear waters of the sandy bay. Or relax on north facing balcony with the orange tree in front which allows you glimpse of the large shared pool. Around the pool are sunbeds for your use & by the pool is a small cafe & snack bar. A two minute leisurely stroll will find you on the well maintain sandy beach with sparkling blue waters. Perfect.

On two floors this is ideal for a family. Downstairs has a single bed sofa with another single bed hidden underneath that slides out so that it is ideal for two children. There is a well equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar if you wish to eat inside. The shower room is on this floor. Upstairs is the double bedroom which is open plan with the stairs. The bedroom opens out onto two balconies, one at the front, one at the back. Outside there is a small private garden with table and chairs. The pool is well maintained and there are ample sunbeds for your use. The warm and friendly owners run a snack bar and it is possible to get toasted sandwiches, coffees and cool drinks. If you wish for breakfasts or meals this can be arranged in advance. Likewise if you wish for a daily maid service this can also be arranged. Linen & towels are changed twice weekly and there is a washing service at a minimal charge. If there is anything else you need contact us and we will aim to fulfill your wishes

Notes to the rental rates

• A 20% deposit will be required to book. The balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival by bank transfer. If you want to pay the balance by cheque this needs to be cleared before arrival (please give four weeks). Credit card payments accepted through Paypal for the deposit only.
  
• With respect a fine is imposed of 10 Euros for any loss or damage to apartment key and/ or the electric card.
  
• Cancellation.
  The booking fee is non-reundable. Of the remaining balance 8 days (for the low season), 15 (mid season), 22 (high season) before scheduled arrival no cancellation fees apply.
  On the 7th, 14th or 21st day, respectively, or less, a 50% of total reservation as well as deposit is required as a cancellation fee. This fee is also applicable for Non-Show cases.

Whats availible on the beaches.

If you take a stroll down to the beach you will find golden sand. There are pedal boats for hire. A little further on from the pedal boats you will find Costas who has a banana behind a speed boat, and huge rubber rings for hire. There are also pleasure boats for hire, glass bottomed boats, snorkeling, water skiing, wake boarding. Ideal for children (Big and small!) In nearby Nauplion there is a diving center with qualified instructors and Captain Aris will charter you his yacht on the water front in Nauplion town. (He may even tell you the time he was kidnapped by pirates and show you his medal of honour and the bullet scars that remain on the mast.) Along the beach from Nauplion is Nea Kios where you will find Costas (yes, the same guy!) Yorgo and Pandallis who run a school for Kite surfing with ideal conditions.

Nightlife.

There are bars and a club in Tolon and a very pleasant night can be spent wandering around sampling bars. If you are wanting something more Nauplion and nearby Nea Kios is renowned for its night life. Bars galore along the water front in Nauplion and Bouzouki bars and night clubs, some of the best in Greece, along the beach front towards Nea Kios. You will not get 'home' until the morning.

Sightseeing.

There are many and varied things to see and places to visit. Some close at hand some for a day trip. Everything from cruise boats which can take you to the islands of Spetses and Hydra for the day trip, to a visit to underground beehive tombs on the mainland. Highlight included the ancient theatre of Epidavros, the ancient ruins of Mycenae, the colossal Cyclopian walls of Tirins, the pyramid of Elinkio, a church build over water infront of caves, monasteries, wine tasting. Further afield that are waterparks, a rack and pinion railway up a mountain, a deserted walled village, The Rio Anderio - the largest bridge of it's type in the world. So much to discover.
