2 bedroom apartment in the centre of tthe old town one minute from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach in a beautifully restored 'palais' Located in the heart of the old town and within easy reach of shops, restaurants and cafes. This apartment offers comfortable, relaxing accommodation in an original environment.

Nearest Beach: beach at 500 Metres
Car: not necessary
Cultural capital of the French Riviera and host to the Nice Jazz Festival, Carnival and a lot more. Within 20 minutes of the Monaco Grand Prix and the Cannes Film Festival. Less than 90 minutes to the ski slopes. Famous villages such as St Paul de Vence( Fondation Maeght), Vallauris(pottery), and Biot (famous blown glass), Grasse (perfume) are an easy and quick bus ride away.On the slopes (nearest ski resort Auron, Valberg, Isola), one day, at the beach the next. for nature lovers the Parc du Mercantour, le site Alpha (wolf reserve). Possibility to do Via ferrata, rock climing. Ferry Departure for Corsica Beautiful Baroque architecture, lots of churches. close to Marineland

Great apartment and location

Stayed here in October and it is in a fab location if you want to be in the old town. Michael was very helpful and the apartment was spotless and very well equipped. Only downsides were that the TV wasnt working (it was in the process of being sorted) and there was no CD/radio.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Absolutely gorgeous little apartment right in the middle of the old town. Everything was clean and new and in great condition. Easy access to the bus station and hassle-free interaction with the manager. Noise from the bar across the street might pose a problem to some but the bedroom is well sealed-off.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
