Lovely Family Friendly Villa in Residential Area

This is a lovely family friendly villa. Access to the private pool can actually be restricted by locking a small gate between the pool area and the house and a spiral staircase at the back of the villa leading to a roof terrace also has a gate at the bottom to deter any budding explorers! There is a small charming garden offering some shaded areas with some lovely fruit trees; a fruit bearing avocado tree grows next to the built-in outdoor barbecue. This little garden is a great place for children to play whilst the adults can keep an eye on them whilst grilling some lovely fresh prawns or steaks from the local markets. Inside the villa there is a dining area, living room, recently refitted kitchen and three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have two single beds and the third has one single bed. This villa has many outside terraces where it is possible to sit and enjoy the glorious Spanish sunshine in comfort and privacy. Welcome to this lovely family villa in Calahonda! C.008

This is a lovely property close to all the facilities of Calahonda and the El Zoco commercial centre, with a great choice of restaurants and bars, supermarkets banks etc. It is possible to walk to Calahonda or Royal beach from this property in under fifteen minutes and the gorgeous beaches of Cabopino are just five minutes drive away. Cabopino is also a lovely place to visit in the evenings to enjoy a meal or drink in one of the international waterside restaurants inside the harbour. Fuengirola is approx ten minutes drive from the villa and the chic town of Marbella about fifteen minutes in the opposite direction! This is a great base from which to explore the many attractions of the Costa del Sol.

There is also an Aquapark at Mijas Costa which is a very popular day out with children, Fuegirola zoo and Tivoli world in Benalmadena, which is a famous amusement park.
