Photos and Description of this Costa Teguise holiday villa A self-catering villa with private pool & only a minute from the beach.

The Beach House is in a privileged location, set back from the road in a quiet area with the popular main beach of Las Cucharas literally on the door step. A car is not essential for stays at this property as all amenities are in walking distance. The villa has been furnished to a very high standard and comprises of a spacious fully equipped open plan kitchen/dining room with American style fridge with ice-maker, oven and hob, dishwasher, all usual small appliances and a separate utility area with washing machine. There is a step down into the lounge area which opens out to the private pool & wooden decking with stairs up to the roof terrace where you can find the BBQ and alfresco dining area with fantastic sea views. The first bedroom with two single beds and a large bathroom with corner bath and double sinks are also found on the ground floor. Upstairs is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom. The sofa in the lounge pulls out to provide a second double bed if needed.

The Villa is situated at 'Las Cucharas' which is the main beach in Costa Teguise. At this beach you can hire equipment for windsurfing, diving, boggie boarding and kayaking etc. Or if you are looking for a relax why not hire the sun shades and beds. You have a huge selection of restaurants nearby ranging from Local Tapas Bars, Indian, Pizza, French cuisine Chinese restaurants etc etc..., there is something for every one in Costa Teguise. The islands only Water Park and Golf Course are both in Costa Teguise on the road to Tahiche. There are two markets in Pueblo Marinero, on a Thursday morning there is a local produce market and on a Friday evening a general market. You also have the Sunday market in La Villla de Teguise which is a short taxi ride away. There are a number of interesting places to visit on the island from Luna volcanic Lanscapes to Caves, Art Galeries to Children's theme parks as Costa Teguise is central on Lanzarote these are all within 30 Min's from the villa.

WATER SPORTS: Lanzarote is ideal for water sports and boasts a good range. WINDSURFING - This is available from the beach Las Cucharas just a 100 meters away and has numerous places where you can hire equipment and have a great sail. SEA KAYAK and diving are also available here. KITE SURFING - is increasing growing here in Lanzarote and Famara beach is the main place not far from Costa Teguise. SURFING - best waves are either off East Coast Arrieta beach or Punta Mujeres or West Coast at Famara. You can have lessons and hire equipment at Famara. SAILING - For a day out sailing the prestigious Puerto Calero offers either private yacht or speed boat charters or a day out on a 80ft Catarmaran. FISHING - You can always go fishing either from Costa Teguise or go out on a boat from Puerto Calero.

GOLF: The 18 hole golf course is in Costa Teguise set at the foot of an old volcano, surrounded by 3000 palms, cactus and beautiful views to the sea. Group or individual classes are available from one of the two golf professionals.

MOUNTAIN BIKE- Walking-Birding: There are some great tracks from Costa Teguise for mountain biking, cycling and Walking, there is plenty to explore and discover. There are some fantastic walks from on the island, organised excursions can be arranged or you can discover the fantastic coastal and mountain tracks independently. This is a great location to see the islands wild life. There is a fantastic array of Bird species on the island, including, Herons, Egrets, Osprey, Vultures, Falcons, Kestrels, Swifts, Hoopoes, Bee-eaters etc etc.

The villa is an acceptional high standard.The position is perfect. Friendly and extremely helpful owners on hand.I would book this villa again in a minuite and probably will .

We have just returned from a lovely week away, staying in this great villa, very spacious, excellent facilities, and great position very close to the beach. Michelle and her husband were great, very helpful, able to book excursions should you reuire them, and anything else that you may require during your stay. My daughter was welcomed into their office to catch up with her friends on the internet, which she was very grateful for, so Thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your villa.

PROBABLY THE BEST VILLA IN THE AREA,IDEAL LOCATION

Had the pleasure of staying in this villa for 2 weeks in may 2008,you will probably not find a villa of this quality in its ideal central location next to the beach!
We were the1st holiday makers to stay in this newly renovated villa and the villa has been furnished out to the highest quality...
The pool has many extra features and was warm enough to swim in at late evening due to solar powered heating.
A few metres from your doorstep and you will find youself on the beach,amongest some great resturants!
There is a new irish beach bar just opened here,ideal for ice cold drinks on the hot days,very friendly irish man called "sean" will always make you welcome here!!
Will be revisiting this villa in the coming months!
The property owners (michelle & tilla) were most happy to assist me and my family in any way possible to make our holiday a memorable one....
A special thanks to michelle & tilla and we will be in contact shortly to rebook a stay at your villa...
