Situated in a quiet area, this stunning holiday rental villa offers very comfortable and tasteful furnishings and benefits from air conditioning throughout the house. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are en-suite while the fourth has an adjacent bathroom. A cot and high chair are provided free of charge. The living room has three sofas and Sky TV, while the dining table seats eight guests. CDs, DVDs and books are provided for your enjoyment. There is a wood-burning fire for the cooler months. French doors lead out onto the cool, covered terrace with stunning views of the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve where you can dine al fresco or enjoy a refreshing drink. Cool down in the salted-water swimming pool or relax on the sun-loungers. Alternatively, there are two more furnished terraces upstairs. On a fenced 600 sq.m. landscaped plot with fruit trees and flowerbeds. 8m x 4.5m salted-water swimming pool. Ample sun beds and umbrellas and of course a barbecue for outdoor cooking

Casa Luzia is near some of the best beaches on the Algarve which are rarely crowded even in the height of summer. Tavira's main beach is the Ilha de Tavira, where the 11km of sand provide an idyllic spot to sunbathe and relax. The wide, safe and clean sandy beach is one of Tavira's key features, with restaurants and beach bars. The extensive sandy beach at Manta Rota is also highly recommended. Benamor Golf course is literally a couple of minutes away. Other courses within a very short drive from the Villa include Quinta da Ria / Quinta de Cima and Castro Marim, as well as the exclusive Monte Rei course designed by Jack Nichlaus. Seve Ballesteros has just opened a highly-rated course at Quinta do Vale and a 45 minute drive to the Quinta do Lago area. The Ria Formosa Nature Reserve is a paradise for walkers and bird watchers alike. For people who prefer a little more strenuous exercise there is also a local Kite-Surfing school, horse riding, tennis and many mountain bike trails.

We stayed July 5th to July 12th.There were six of us and we had a really great time,the welcome pack was really appreciated Heath was very helpful and could not do enough to help. The villa was out of this world.
It was a home from home.
Thoroughly recommended, taxis very cheap and plentiful.
Tavira was lovely as were the people.
Great communication from Lucy, very helpful even organised a taxi from the airport.
It was our first villa holiday and I am sure we will return again.

We really enjoyed the villa...it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The space was fantastic and we really enjoyed being able to eat outside.

What we really appreciated was how convenient the villa is for the town, beaches, supermarket, restaurants and golf courses. Absolutely ideal!

Everyone commented positively on the quality of the accomodation and I suspect you will generate further business. Certainly we would like to come back to you next year for our golf trip.

Return Visit to Casa Luzia 2009

We asked the children if they fancied going to the same place in Portugal again and a big shout went up YES !!!. We stayed at Casa Luzia last year and have booked again for August 2009.

The villa lived up to all our expectations; the rooms were very comfortable and of a high standard. It was great to have so many en-suites and a well equipped kitchen. Our children spent many happy hours in the pool. The views from the terrace were amazing and a real plus.

Near the centre of beautiful Tavira, but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. We visited many beaches and enjoyed walking into town.
