Our beautiful 4 bedroom villa is situated in the prestigious Tuscan Hills Resort. The house itself is big enough for a large family or two smaller families to share (sleeping 8-10 adults), with just over 1,850 sq.ft of air-conditioned living space. You'll be able to relax around our large 26 by 13 foot pool and should the Florida sunshine become too much, you can either sit in the shaded lanai complete with ceiling fan, retire back inside the villa where all the rooms are kept at a cool and constant temperature, or just lie back in our superb spa. Tuscan Hills resort includes a community clubhouse with flat screen TV and a large lounge area. There is also an outdoor tot lot, tennis court, volley ball court, wireless internet access and games room. Plus, if you feel that a day out at the attractions is just not enough, why not try out the state of the art fitness room to keep you in shape! Guests of our villa have free unlimited use of all these facilities.

Tuscan Hills is conveniently located on Highway 27, 1.5 miles south of the junction with US 192 West and within 10-15 minutes of everyone's favorite theme park, Disney World. Restaurants, banks, ATMs, supermarkets and service stations are all located very close to our community, within a 2 minute drive. A 24 hour Walmart super centre is just 4 minutes north on US 27. Sea World 30 mins, Universal Studios 35 mins, Florida Mall 30 minutes, Millenia Mall 35 minutes. If you travel south about 4/5 miles you will come to the I4. This will take you up to Universal, International Drive, Orlando International and Sanford Airport. Travelling the other way on the I4 will take you to Tampa, Busch Gardens and the Gulf Coast. The villa is centrally located for both coasts of Florida. The Atlantic coast beaches Daytona and Cocoa Beach are just 80km away and can be reached within 1 hr by car. The beaches of St Pete's and Clearwater on the gulf coast coast can be reached within 1.5 hrs drive.

Balance is due 2 months before arrival. $300/£175 security deposit is required at time of booking, refundable 30 days after departure. Optional pool heating $30/£17 per day (recommended November - April). Contact owner before, to confirm cost before payment is sent.
    Changeover day is flexible. Arrival is usually after 4pm and departure by 10am, but these maybe flexible, contact owner to discuss. We depend on next guests arrival/departure.

  • The first master bedroom overlooks and leads out onto the stunning pool area which is set out with a king size bed. It has a large luxurious en-suite complete with a generous sized roman bath, twin sinks, walk in shower/wet room. The second master bedroom is set out with a queen sized bed with full en-suite bathroom, including a bath with shower over. Both master suites are beautifully furnished to a very high standard and each contain their own remote control T.V., DVD, telephone, radio/alarm and hairdryer. Bedrooms three and four are both twin rooms which are also furnished to a high standard, these share a further bathroom, with shower over the bath. One of these bedrooms is accessorised with Mickey and Minnie ( See Photos ).

Notes: The 26ft X 13ft pool is surrounded by an extended decking area that includes a covered lanai, ceiling fan, table and chairs ideal for meals and relaxing in the shade. The patio furniture is all upgraded, so you can relax in between days out. There is a safety fence around the pool if required for your child’s protection. The pool can be heated during the cooler months. For the kids and you too! You will enjoy the luxury that our home has to offer. When not visiting the parks or when you can extract the kids from the pool long enough, there is a fully equipped games room with pool, air hockey, electronic darts and pinball. There is a selection of games for the PlayStation 2, with bean bags to sit on too. There are games to play, family DVDs, television with cable, DVD in every bedroom. We also cater to the little ones, by providing a travel cot/playpen, highchair, stroller. For their safety, there is a protective mesh pool fence, providing a barrier to the pool. Wonderful stay at Tuscan Hills.

The villa was exactly as described but felt far bigger than the pictures do justice. Our immediate impressions was of awe as the villa felt imacculate and very luxurious in its layout and design.
The villa was well provided in terms of laundry equipment which we found particularly useful with having 3 boys of 10 and 12 in our party of 6.The villa also provided ample clean towels and bedding.
The pool area was well used by the children, especially all the pool toys provided.We adults felt the pool was alittle cold but then we didn't take up on the heated pool option.

The bedrooms were spacious especially the master and queen suite and the ensuite bathrooms were beautifully decorated.
The master suite bed was a little soft but this is obviously a matter of personal preference and the air conditioning unit which backs onto the Queen suite was a little noisy so we just turned it off at night.

The kitchen area and dining room lounge is all open plan and makes for just the right atmosphere of openstyle living you want when on holiday. The kitchen equipment was well provided and seating was perfect for each area.
The location of the villa was perfect for us, we could get into disney in about 20 mins ( no traffic) or 30 mins with traffic. There is a great Publix supermarket and takeways etc. just up the road within 5 mins driving distance and plenty of shops on the main 192 on your way back home.
Finally if the kids do get bored, which ours didn't there are some tennis courts and play area for younger kids just up by the main reception.

Wendy and the staff at tuscan hills made this one of the best vacations i have spent in this area in the last 10 years. we will be making this home our yearly vacation stop.
the house was spotless and the furnishings were comfortable as can be. the gym and clubhouse offers everything you need. everything is right at your fingertips. highly reccomend this home.

We had a fantastic stay at this Tuscan Hills villa. The home was very clean. Not once did we see a pest inside the villa.
Customer service was very responsive to our needs including crib rental, gas grill rental, and adjusting the pool heat to a great temperature. They even hand delivered urgent personal mail!
Lovely pool & spa with a great deck. Great master bedroom and bathroom leading out to the pool deck too!
Our eight year old really enjoyed the pool & spa, games room, and the Mickey themed bedroom. And the two person swing on the deck came in very handy to soothe our 3 month old.
We hope to visit again some time!

Simply Amazing

This is one of the greatest investments you and your family or group of people can ever do. It is a wonderful place with the same great feeling of a home away from home. There are countless things to do in the area throughout your stay...from the club house to your own private jacuzzi and pool. The home is also close to many shopping places and grocery stores to fill the home and refrigerator. The beds are extrmely comfortable. The house is spacious and inviting. Worth all the money...you will not be disappointed. The maintenance company is easy to get into contact with if there are any questions It is in a excellent location for Orlando or Tampa visitors. Definitely really close to Disney World if your family wants to go there. My group and I will be back when we come back to the state. A++..I cant stress it enough. Really worth it!
