An all year round luxury holiday rental, 2/3 bedroomed romantic apartment with beautiful large terrace. This apartment is has been constructed on the edge of a cliff, giving uninterrupted sea views, and complete privacy. The apartment is light and airy, and during the summer nights,all you can hear are the lapping of the waves beneath the terrace. The apartment is decorated in a contemporary design with marble floors and high quality furniture and fittings, and the communal pool has amazing views of the cliffs and the bay. This rental is luxurious in every aspect, and offers quality accommodation for couples, or families alike. The apartment is only 45 mins from Alicante, and only 5kms from Altea, with its old town full of amazing restaurants, and cobbled streets with artists galleries, and quaint shops. Altea, also has a clean beach and a buzzing promenade, without being too commercial.

Beautiful 3 bedroomed apartment with marble floors throughout, front line to the sea with large private terrace full of beautiful sweet smelling plants, The views are uninterrupted and offer a full panoramic of the cliffs and the private bay beneath. The apartment is decorated in a contemporary design with luxurious fittings, and bespoke furniture. The beds are of the highest quality, giving you a comfortable nights sleep, with all bed linen provided. The apartment has its own underground parking bay, and has video security system. The apartment has a well maintained communal pool with views of the sea, and cliffs, which allow for all day sunbathing. A car is necessary with this apartment, however, the roads are easy to navigate, and all attractions are no more than 30 mins drive away. This apartment offers 5 star accommodation, and the views are fabulous. This is a luxury romantic apartment, however, it could also be enjoyed by families.

Nearby attractions are old Altea, beaches at Altea, Calpe. For divers, the cliffs opposite the apartment offer great diving with various caves. For golfers this area offers some fabulous golf courses, there are also great walks, and mountains to climb, for the more active. Altea town has great shops, and Benidorm is only a 20 mins drive away. There is also a marina, 5 mins down the road from the apartment, with great fish restaurants, and boats that can be rented out for the day. Although a car is necessary, the roads are easy to navigate, and all attractions are no further than 30 mins by car in either direction. The coastal road has tremendous views, altogether this area has a beautiful coast, which is not too over commercialised.

  • To book there is a deposit of 50% of the rental fee. there is also a damage deposit of £150, cash (200 euros) to be paid on arrival ,which will be refunded on your departure,if there are no reported damages. The price includes welcome pack, all linen, towels, beach towels. All guests will be greeted with our local representative who will be on hand for all clients needs. price does not include final clean, which is 85 euros.
  • Fees can be paid in sterling if required. payment methods are by credit card , bank transfer, or by cheque if paying in sterling. The full rental fee will be payable if your arrival date is less than 8 weeks.

Luxury and peace, the best views

My daughter found this apartment after a long search for great accomodation in a sunny destination. We were unsure about going to the south of Spain fearing huge crowds and noisy places. When we arrived in Altea we knew this was different. The apartment is very luxurious, the terrace is very large with several sitting areas and it never seemed to be too hot as there is always a place in the shade. The small complex is very quiet and every family could have some time to themselves at the pool if they wanted to. there is a beach where nobody seems to go just at the bottom of the complex, it's a bit of a climb but with sensible shoes you can climb down and enjoy your private beach. there are others nearby, easier to get too. the views from the apartment are hard to beat, straight
frontline seaviews with rocks to one side. no noisy neighbours. the apartment was very clean, new since Feb 08. I would recommend this apartment to my friends.
Our teenage children loved going to the beach and when they wanted to got to Aqualandia one day ( in Benidorm )
this was only about 15 minutes drive. a good day out if you
your children want something 'action-packed'.
In summary an excellent apartment in a fantastic position
for a quiet sun holiday.
