Two twin unique summer houses ideal for families and for romantic getaways. Rent individually or together. Each sleep from 2 to 4 people. Recently refurbished in a traditional Mallorcan style, the apartments offer all amenities and guarantee a peaceful, comfortable and unforgettable holiday. If you are looking for a place where you can enjoy rural Mallorca, visit the best and most stunning beaches of the southern coast and still be just a short drive from night-life, golf courses and other tourist attractions, this is the place for you! Each property has one large master bedroom with en suite bathroom, large living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette. Outside table and sunbeds, large pool, garden, parking space and laundry room. Satellite TV, dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave, air conditioning, washing machine, stereo, Small pets allowed on request. Baby cot available.

The two properties are almost identical except that one has a king size bed in the master bedroom while the other two large twin beds. House description: master bedroom with king size bed/two twin beds, en suite bathroom with bathtub, living room with kitchenette and dining table, double sofabed. Baby cot or bed is available on request. Once an ancient stable for animals, the finca has recently been totally refurbished, but has kept its traditional aura. Tastefully decorated, with the owner's personal touch, but with all comforts and modern amenities such as sat tv, microwave, dishwasher, airconditioning, stereo and more. The rooms are large, airy and flooded with light. The crystal front door can be opened completely so the fresh summer breeze can enter. However, the potent air conditioning will allow you to enjoy even the hottest summer days. Facing the common pool, the house has its own outside table with sun umbrella and sunbeds. Barbeque available.

I spent a month in one of these typical 'fincas' and it was absolutely fabulous. The house was well equipped, with new furniture and an excellent design reflecting the local style. The pool is great for a morning swim, the front patio perfect for open air dinners and the area around is probably the best in mallorca for sea, beaches and hidden coves. Highly recomended.

Hola! We stay 2 weeks with our 2 childrens (4 and 6). Perfect for children, lots of space, nature, nice dog too! The house is very very clean and elegant taste. Sleeping is magic because all around is quiet, only birds and sometimes a donkey :) Confortable bed, modern kitchen, tv, new bathroom...nothing missing. And the paradise Es Trenc beach is 5 minutes with car. We will be back and recommed to all.

We spent 10 days at this pretty house and we found it was almost perfect. The house is really airy and rooms are large, clean, with nice furniture. The location is great, very quiet but close to stores, beaches etc. We really enjoyed our time here and the many dives in the large pool!

Wir waren in denSommerferien hier. Die Wohnung ist sehr geplegt und sauber. Zudem auch geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der große Pool lädt zu manchen Unfug ein. Die Lage des Objekts ist ländlich und ruhig, jedoch gut gelegen. Mit dem empfohlenen Auto ist man Ruckzuck im Trubel und am wunderschönen Strand. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr relaxed und hilfsbereit. Kurzum einfach Klasse. Danke
