Tenuta Albereta is an ideal place to spend a week holiday in peace and quiet. It is a typical tuscan farmhouse set in the countryside near Montecarlo town, it is close to some famous cities as Lucca, Pisa, Siena and Firenze. The house is in a pine wood, in the middle of an estate of olive trees and vineyards with garden, patio,swimming-pool and a separate annexe. It is the ideal place for those who love nature, relaxing, taking long walks, visiting places of cultural interest and eating Tuscan food. Tenuta Alberta also ideally placed for those who enjoy outdoor sports including: running, golf, tennis, horse-riding and fishing.

Located in one of the most beautiful hilly areas around Lucca, “Tenuta Albereta” is at only one kilometre far from Montecarlo. The beautiful house is immersed in an estate of olive trees, vineyards and woods, with the swimming pool opened from may to September. It is ideal for people who love nature, relax, long walk and culture. 'Tenuta Albereta' may be the starting point to visit places full of historical and artistic interest: Lucca (22km),The sandy beaches of Versilia (40km),Pisa (38 km), Florence (50 km), Siena (130km). If you are 3-4 families with children, you will really enjoy a week’s holiday in Tenuta Albereta. Your children will insist on staying in, to swim in the pool or play in the wood and on the garden lawn! At your arrival you'll find 5 bottles of wine of our production and if you want, you can buy it. On request we make Italian cuisine classes, preparing a full tuscan dinner together with the guests. You'll learn some simple dishes to be proposed in your country.

Each bedroom has a name, a different style and character: - Dalia, with rose coloured flowers, a big double-bed and windows that face the garden. - Peonia, with light blue coloured flowers, a double bed and windows that face the pool. - Diana, with coloured green flowers, a double bed and windows that face the garden. - Tea, the largest one, with coloured red flowers, has two single beds and a sofa bed. The windows face the woods and the garden. This bedroom opens to a balcony with trees all around and stairs that go to the garden.

The villa is called 'Tenuta Albereta'. It is situated near the picturesque medieval town of Montecarlo which can be reached on foot and includes a wonderful walk through the wood behind the house. The bedrooms are very large and fresh and you'll be charmed from the different wallpaper in each room. I produce a very good wine from the vineyards of Tenuta Albereta and you can taste it every evening sitting around the large table on the terrace. Milvia, the housekeeper, lives near the house and she is always on hand to help whenever you need. Her wonderful kittens were the happiness of the children last summer!
