The nearest beach is a short walk away through the village (Burgau). For golfers, there are several golf courses within a 15-20 minutes drive. For those who enjoy walking, this is a fantastic area for walks along the stunning coastline. The village of Burgau is approximately 10km west from Lagos, and about 1 hour from Faro airport. Burgau beach is a short walk (just over 5 minutes) from the resort, and there are several other unspoilt beaches in the area. Burgau beach is a safe, beautiful sandy beach with a superb beach bar / restaurant. The area right next to the resort is ideal for cliff-top walks with stunning views. The nearest golf course is at Parque da Floresta (10 minutes by car), and the courses at Boavista and Palmares are also a short drive away (15-20 minutes by car).
