GOLF: The course: At the heart of the resort is the 18 hole , par 68, 5400m , Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. With four sets of tees and 3 lakes, the La Torre course has wide fairways and large bunkers. It is a resort course designed for everyone to enjoy playing, being an easy and pleasant to walk, although remaining a good test of golf with some of the prettiest par 3’s and lake holes you will come across. Green Fees and Golf Facilities: As a temporary resident green fees will be: 9 Holes: 40€ ; 18 Holes: 55€. Facilities available from the Golf Club include,buggy hire, driving range, practice holes, lessons, a fully stocked Pro Shop and much, much more. Golf available in the surrounding area: Arrangements can be made to play the three other Polaris World Jack Nicklaus Golf Courses, and a free bus service runs between these and La Torre Golf Resort. Golf: PLEASE NOTE: • Anyone who wants to play golf on Polaris World Resorts, should be a member of the Royal Spanish Golf Federation. If you do not have a license, the La Torre Golf Department will be happy to make the application for you. Whilst the license is being processed, it will be possible to play with a temporary insurance cover for an additional cost of 3€/day. This insurance will be valid throughout the year if you do not plan to play golf in Polaris World Golf Resorts for more than three weeks of the year. • In Polaris World the maximum handicap allowed is 28 for men and 36 for women. A copy of your HANDICAP CERTIFICATE will be required to play at Polaris World Golf Courses.
