The studio was recently renovated to a high standard and is located in a lovely and modern, residential residence. Fully equipped with kitchenette, full bath with shower, ample storage, TV and comfortable sofa bed. The studio is immaculate and all linens & towels are included in the rental cost. Well located for either business or holiday stays. The Croisette beach is less than a 5 minute walk and the Palais des Festival Conference Centre is less than 15 minutes away. The street is a quiet residential location yet close to all necessary amenities. Cannes' central location is practical - 30 min from Nice, 45 min from St Paul de Vence, 1hour from Monaco, 1h 45 min from San Rémo, 1hr 45 min from St Tropez.

    Special rates are available for bookings of more than one week in winter or low season.
    25% deposit required to secure booking. Balance to be received no later than eight weeks prior to arrival. Guests required to pay bank transfer fees.

The location was perfect - close to the beach and nearby supermarket. It had everything we needed and the owner was kind enough to leave snacks, towels, toiletries, and bedding for us.

The space is a little tight, so only those travelers who are the closest of friends should consider.

Wonderful 1-2 Person Holiday Apartment in Cannes

My wife and I rented this property while I was on business in Cannes. Very well situated in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood just behind the Martinez.

The Casino Grocery store was just up the block as well as the main shopping district. The beach was less than 5 min's away, although it rained for us most of the trip. A really great restaurant is just up the street called Papa Nino's II, which served what I thought was the best pizza in Cannes.

The apartment was spotless and the owner provided a couple of drinks, snacks, teas to get us going. We kept the sofa bed in regular bed form for the entire week and really enjoyed our afternoon snack of olives, bread, cheese and beer at the kitchen island with the supplied stools. This apartment is really suited for 1-2 people and the price is ideal both during the off season and in season rentals.

The apartment owner was excellent and really worked hard to make sure out stay was perfect. Although she only speaks French, she does have English friends who helped translate inquiries and payments.

Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would rent again on a regular basis.
