This world-renowned Praiano villa features breathtaking ocean views from the 10,000 sq ft. five bedroom, five bathroom main house, overlooking Positano to Capri. From Villa Lilly’s numerous terraces and gardens, you will take in the enchanting Amalfi Coast and its extensive landscape. Villa Lilly’s personal staff includes a chef, a driver, two housemaids, and a gardener. An Italian and English-speaking concierge will be available twenty-four hours daily for your convenience and can arrange day trips to nearby destinations. Your driver will transport you to and from the Naples Airport (transportation from other airports is not included). Also includes daily housekeeping, daily change of bath and pool linens, and every other day change of bed linens. The property consists of a main villa, an ancient cliff top tower comprising of a bedroom and bathroom, a beach house, and a guest house, built on the rocks which border the sea.

Notes to the rental rates

  • Notes on Rates:
    One week runs Saturday to Saturday. Minimum one week stay. Additional days can be negotiated. Check in at 3:00 PM, Check out at 11:00 AM. All funds must be paid in U.S. dollars, payable by wire or check.
  • Leasing Policy:
    We will hold the requested week/s for five days. Once you pay the security deposit of $25,000 you have 2 days to cancel and have the security deposit returned. Within 30 days of signing the contract and sending the deposit, you must pay 50% of your trip. Within 60 days of the trip you pay the remaining balance. If you do not make a payment within the specified time frames you forfeit your dates and deposit. 50% of any funds paid towards the fee (not including the security deposit) can be used towards another visit. No other cancellations or refunds with exception of the two day period after signing the contract. Security deposit is returned by check within 5 business days after last day of stay.
  • Permitted Use:
    Eight guests maximum, children over the age of 12 only. For additional guests, it is necessary to make a special request for an additional charge. Names of all guests must be provided in advance, no exceptions. Passport must be presented upon arrival in order to enter premises. Guests must be able to traverse 80-85 steps, as this is the only access to the villa. Access to the beach is via 200 steps.

The guest house by the pool features a one double bedroom with sea view and one bathroom with hydro massage bathtub with breathtaking view of the sea. The tower also serves as a guest house and features one bedroom with French bed, fireplace and a spiral staircase leading down to a small bathroom with shower. Finally, there is a small beach house suitable for a nanny that contains a comfortable double sofa bed and one bathroom with shower.

Notes:

Enjoy a European continental breakfast consisting of croissants, cappuccino, and juices. Breakfast is available between 8 AM -12 PM. The chef will also prepare traditional Italian cuisine for lunch, available between 12-4 PM, local wine included. Dinner is available upon special request, at additional charge. All food is prepared fresh daily with ingredients from the on-site garden. Other amenities include: Wireless internet, available throughout the villa and by the pool, Satellite Sky TV featuring U.S. and British stations, Washer and dryer, Stereo, CD player, and DVD player, Central Air Conditioning. Telephone & fax extra. For an additional charge, a 40-foot speedboat is available for day trips to explore neighboring Capri or Sorrento. Positano is a mere four minute boat ride away.
