Authentic 'nicois' style apartment situated in the heart of the picturesque Old town of Nice. Very lively neighbourhood with restaurants, shops, art galleries and cafes. The main street 'Jean Medecin' is only stone throw away. The main beach is also only 100 m away from the apartment. The harbours is about 5 min. walk from the apartment. If you desire to make a trip to Corsica or St Tropez, this is were the boats leave. There is no need for the car as you can access all services by foot. Even the main bus station is close by. If you want to take the train to Italy or Cannes, count approximately 15 min by foot. Apartment is completely furnished and is available throughout the year. There is always plenty of sun in Nice, even in the winter. Come and see the great Carnival in February or enjoy the speed in the Monaco's famous Grand Prix on May. For the Jazz lovers the yearly Nice Jazz Festival in July is worth to see. Welcome!

Nice is especially well known for its beautiful surroundings. Mediterranean sea offers many possibilities to enjoy your holiday; sailing, diving, waterskiing or just swimming. If you want to add some culture to your stay, you can visit two great museums of two great artists, Matisse and Chagall which are both located in the hill of Cimiez. In the winter, take the destination towards the Alps where the closest Ski stations are only an hour and half away. Throughout it's history Nice has been influenced by many different cultures which shows especially well in its culinary tradition. From simple 'pissaladière' to more elaborated 'bouillabaisse', there are something for everyone to enjoy. Away from the city, in the near country side you can ride horse, hike, enjoy kayaking or just simple picnic whle listening to the grasshoppers. Take a day trip to Italie, have some gelati and enjoy 'La bella vita'. Welcome!

  • 1. 30 % of the total amount of rent will be paid in advance through PayPal, the rest 70 % will be paid when you arrive.
    2. Deposit of 100 € will be paid when you arrive and will be given back when you leave (any material damage occurred during the rental period or lost keys will be deducted)
    3. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start date of the rental period will not be refunded
    4. No refunds will be made for any early departures
    5. Lost keys will be billed (5-20 €)
    6. Smoking is not allowed
    7. Only the persons noted on the contract can occupy the apartment. Sub-letting the apartment is not allowed.
    8. The owner is not responsible for any personal or material damage occurred during the rental period.
    9. Inventory will be made upon arrival
