• 25% non-returnable payment payable upon booking and balance payable 4 weeks before arrival. A security & key deposit of £150.00 (220.00 euros) required and will be returnable within 21 days of departure from the property providing no damages or local charges have been made. There is a one off cleaning charge of 80 euros payable on arrival & multiple weeks mid-stay change of linen is optional.

General

This lovely townhouse villa has been built with all fixtures and fittings to a high standard by renowned English builders Taylor Woodrow. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and large terrace. Two other twin bedrooms views over the golf course. Spacious lounge with full width patio doors to outside terrace and dining area. Fully fitted kitchen and lower ground floor offers free space for the children to play. Lounge/dining room and all the bedrooms have air conditioning. Our last guests wrote; 'On behalf of my family, can I just say that our stay in Michael and Grace's villa was way beyond brilliant Our kids really enjoyed the huge pool (never out of it) the basement facilities and everything else in the villa was outstanding. Thank you. We all enjoyed the peaceful setting it was so beautiful. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone who wants to have a break.'

Downstairs

The house is tastefully decorated in cream with white furniture with all the facilities you would expect from a property of this type. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would have at home. The terrace is accessed via full width patio doors and has a good quality white wooden dining furniture allowing you to dine alfresco. A gas barbeque is also available for your use and there is a small garden area laid with gravel so you can play volleyball, badminton or use one of the four sun loungers to top up your tan.

Upstairs

Up the marble stairs is the master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom with gold fittings and walk-in shower. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for four. The two other bedrooms have two single beds and also French balconies overlooking the golf course. In general the house benefits from a lot of natural light due to the large windows and although having air conditioning, it remains cool by opening the large patio doors and windows to the front. This allows the breeze blowing in from the golf course to maintain a cool temperature. Also being at the end of the terrace makes this house more sought after because it ensures that it has a larger garden and more privacy.

Golf Information:

ALENDA GOLF There is a fantastic new clubhouse with beautiful views over the golf course. It has a bar and offers food at lunchtimes and the evening. There is also a driving range, putting green and golf clubs can be hired and lessons booked. Alenda Golf is only a 15 minute drive from Alicante airport and are an additional five golf courses within a 35 minute drive from there which should prove to be more than enough for the enthusiasts.
