Looking for a sun filled, quiet, tastefully furnished apartment in down town Nice? You've found it. Situated on the top floor of a renovated turn of the century hotel, this self-catering holiday rental has a wonderfully large terrace, facing southwest, overlooking the house tops of Nice. A fully equipped kitchen with a small table for breakfast and snacks. Washing machine, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine are included. The bathroom has a window over the tub and the WC is separate. The bedroom has a double bed, one large closet and a window facing east looking over the house tops towards the 'Chateau'. Large screen TV and mini hi fi in the living room with 3 comfortable sofas to relax on; one of which makes into a double bed.The TV has cable and offers over 50 channels in French , English or Italian. There is also WiFi for your computers.

Nice is a fantastic seaside City visited by tourists from all over the world. Old Nice is 2 blocks away from the apartment where you can find the Cours Salya market with stalls selling fresh vegetables, bread, flowers and all the local products. It's a wonderful place to dine ;lunch on the terraces in the sun all year round or dinner inside or out depending upon the season.The Promenade des Anglais is 3 blocks away where you can join the many joggers, roller-bladers or just stroll along the beach. Bring your beach towel and sunbathe and have a good swim.

  • The weekly rate is 700 euros. The monthly rate can be decided upon between the owner and the renters depending upon the period of the year and the length of the rental stay. ex: 1500 a month in the winter, lower if 2 or 3 months. In the spring and summer 2500 a month, lower if 1 or 2 months. There is a 50 euros cleaning fee which includes the cleaning of the apartement and the laundering of the sheets, table cloths, towels etc. There is a deposit of 100 euros to be returned after the rental period and return of the keys.

For example Grasse, Eze, Monton, Cannes, Antibes etc. The train station is a10 minute tramway ride away and can take you a lot of places including Italy.
