This property is within easy walking distance of the popular resort of Coral Bay and its amenities. Stairs from the entry level lead to the ground floor where the open plan living/dining/kitchen area is found. The living area features a corner sofa, television, DVD player and stereo system. Furthermore the owner has thoughtfully provided a small DVD and book library, a pack of cards, game of dominoes, jigsaws etc for guests entertainment. Both the living area and bedroom have patio doors leading directly onto the pool terrace that surrounds the private 8m x 4m swimming pool. The sunbathing terrace is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, table and chairs and a BBQ. The carefully landscaped garden areas play host to a small herb garden with fragrant plants of rosemary, mint and parsley and a lemon and olive tree. The villa also has private shaded parking.
