The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor with lift access it has been refitted for 2008.internally we have a bedroom with double bed fitted wardrobe and bedside units.bathroom with corner shower, vanity unit with mirror and wc, the open plan lounge contains TV unit, complete with TV and DVD player, sofa bed, dinning table with 4 chairs, coffee table, fitted kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave with grill, fridge, toaster. The patio doors lead out onto the patio with table and 4 chairs overlooking the quieter of the 2 pools on the complex.

The complex Parque Margarita is the ideal family base situated within a few minutes walk from the popular tourist town of Los Cristianos with its many restaurants and bars and not forgetting the port for your boat trips to see the whales and dolphins,scuba diving or take the ferry to the island of La Gomera which is only 45 minutes away. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away .you are also 5minutes away from the main bus terminal of Los Cristianos from where you can reach all points of the island. A 5 minute car drive takes you to eagle park which is a good day out for the younger family members also new for 2008 (opening in the summer)we have Siam Park which will be the largest water theme park in Europe only a 5 minute drive away. A visit to the national park of mount Teide is a must for all visitors with its changing landscapes again only 30 minutes away by car.it all adds up to the ideal base for your holidays.

Gorgeous apartment. Lovely balcony. Very nice interior decoration. Immaculately clean. Really quiet complex, no fear of a sleepless night. Great pool area. The design of the Parque Margarita complex is very tasteful, it's low-rise and has a lovely peaceful feel to it. The electricity was off on our first day but Chris and Stu more than compensated us. (Tip #1: Bus stop is only 7 mins walk from the complex.. save yourself the 20 euro taxi fare and get the 488 bus for 1.80!; Tip #2: Netto supermarket at bus stop is ok but the better, larger Hiper Trebol supermarket is to be found further on up the hill at the left; Tip #3: Try 'La Tasca de mi Abuelo' tapas bar, just a few mins walk down the road towards bus stop, in the San Marino complex, for an authentic night of spanish food and music!)

Apartment was very nice and clean. Chris and Stu, two lovely people who met us upon arrival at the complex. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The complex itself is also very nice and secure. A very enjoyable stay look forward to returning and staying with Chris and Stu again.

Lovely apartment on a very secure complex. Friendly welcome from the owners on arrival and good customer service throughout the holiday. Both the apartment and the complex were spotless and well maintained. Situated in a quiet street but within easy reach of the beach and bars/restaurants. Excellent value for money-will definatley be returning-highly recommended!!
