This is a beautiful, newly built, spacious, air-conditioned, self-catering rental. This one bedroom property is located on the first floor in a modern block. The apartment is beautifully furnished, and boasts oak parquet flooring throughout. The bedroom opens on to a balcony. There is a sofa bed in the living room which can sleep up to two people. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower, toilet and wash basin. There is a large balcony which provides sea and mountain views and can seat up to six people. There is parking space for one car infront of the apartment. The apartment is located next to the best beaches in Montenegro. The small fishing village of Przno is located just a few minutes walk away ,which is also located next to Milocer and Sveti Stefan (the most exclusive resorts in Montenegro) which provide great reputable restaurants, a spa, casino, watersports facilities and shops. The busy resort of Budva is a short bus drive away and provides excellent night life.

This beautifully furnished apartment is located in Przno, Sveti Stefan, Montenegro. The historic and busy resort of Budva is a ten minute bus drive away. It is considered one of the oldest settlements in the Balkans. The old town of Budva provides a lovely day out for the family. If night life is what you are interested in, Budva has a selection of top night clubs and restaurants. If you enjoy good food and sunset, then the beautiful fishing village of Przno is minutes away. The spa retreat 'Maestral' in Przno village offers a selection of therapies and beauty treatments to make your holiday truly relaxing. Sveti Stefan and Milocer are the most exclusive resorts in Montenegro and have the best beaches. Also a pleasurable walking distance away. If you prefer to venture out, you are recommended to visit the Monastery of Ostrog which is one and a half hours drive (organised excursions can be booked). A three minute walk will take you to a small enclosed beach and beach restaurant 'Zofs'.

Excellent apartment, perfect location

We have just returned from 2 weeks in this lovely apartment. It has everything you need, and in a perfect position to explore the surrounding areas. The walk to the beach is not too bad, but admitedly would be a bit difficult for the infirm, especially on the climb back up. With regard to the water supply mentioned by the previous reviewer, we had no such problems and had a constant supply of water for the whole 2 weeks. We travelled with our 2 girls aged 9 and 14, and as we had a car for the 14 days were able to visit different areas. We especially liked Kotor and Murici beach on Skadar Lake (so tranquil and pretty).

If you decide to stay here, there is an excellent restaurant in the hillside village of Kuljace, about 3.5km from the apartment, excellent food with amazing views over the Budva coastline.

Thanks again Aleks and Steve, we had a great time staying in your apartment.

The apartment really is beautiful and cozy, well furnitured. But its description contains mistakes. The distance to the beach is 500-550 m (instead of declared 150) and you have to cross the main road. But the nearest beach (Kamenovo) is much more better than the beach in Przno. Also it is high over sea level (~100 m) and this leads to the water supply problem. Usually water was off from 9 a.m. till 10-12 p.m. I would not recommend it to the family with small children. It would be a real problem to stay here for people with disabilities.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
