Ski:
Skiing is 1.5 hours away on the Troodos Mountains in the South. The skiing is limited but fun. Equipment is for hire and the season starts mid Jan and runs to end of March. Live web cams provide good information of the current conditions. The costs are very reasonable.
Golf:
18 hole beautiful golf course 25 minutes drive away at Esentepe to the East. It has both sea nd mountain views. Available on a 'pay and play' basis and usually booking is not necessary.
