Lovely 2 bedroom house situated in Ste Maxime with spectacular views

Extremely quiet and pretty 2 bedroom house, with a large terrace with spectacular views overlooking the bay of St Tropez. The house has a comfortably furnished sitting room, with double doors onto the terrace. There is a comfortable, quality, double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, new flatscreen television, DVD and stereo. The kitchen, incorporated into a corner of the main room, is well equipped, with microwave/combi oven, 2 ring hob, kettle, toaster and a wide range of crockery and glassware. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one bunk bed room, both with ample cupboard space. The bedrooms have a cottagy, cosy feel and there are spectacular views from both the bedrooms of surrounding hills and down to the sea. The bathroom is situated upstairs, with bath and shower. The terrace has garden table and chairs under a shaded roof plus sunloungers. Bedding and towels are available if required (laundry charges apply). There is a private garage for parking.

The house is situated amongst a complex of approximately 70 houses, prettily scattered in the hillside. There is a large communal pool, which is open between the months of May to the end of September. The property is accessed by driving east out of Ste Maxime, in the direction of St Tropez, along the seafront for a couple of minutes, then taking a right hand turning, which winds up to the property. For those that play tennis, there is a club at the end of the road. The closest beach is Maxime plage, which has a fantastic restaurant, bar and there are sunbeds for hire. Ste Maxime has excellent shopping, great restaurants, a casino and fantastic food, clothes and antique markets. Get in the car and explore the lovely, nearby, historical villages like Grimeaux or get the ferry for 10 minutes to St Tropez - recommended during the months of July and August and have a glimpse of how the other half live. You won't be disappointed however, when you return to Les Bastides de Guerrevieille!
