This stunning two storey town house has recently had a complete refurbishment. The house is fully air-conditioned and is very tastefully decorated with subtle spotlights and beautiful ceramic tiling throughout. The open planned living space comprises a very comfortable lounge area with two stylish leather sofas, fireplace and coffee table, and for your entertainment you will find a CD player, satellite TV (local sky package) and DVD player. This leads into the dining area with dining table seating 6 people. A breakfast bar separates the dining area and modern fully fitted kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob with grill/oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer etc. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with king-size bed and built in wardrobes, which leads out to a spacious balcony with stunning views of the hills behind Santa Ponsa. The second bedroom has twin beds, built in wardrobe and balcony with views of the family pool. The bathroom is modern with double power shower

Kings Park is situated in a quiet residential area with amazing views overlooking Santa Ponsa, the bay and three golf courses. The much sought after location backs onto the beautiful countryside of the national park. Santa Ponsa has 2 beautiful safe sandy beaches which offer a variety of activities from Water Skiing to Scuba Diving, or simply sit back and enjoy the tranquillity on either beach, the nearest of the 2 beaches is just a 10 minute stroll down, with the marina a further5 minute walk around the coast. Within Santa Ponsa town there are a number of restaurants and elegant bars which offer a superb variety of both local and Mediterranean cuisine. The capital Palma is only a short 20 minute drive or bus ride away with its elegant shops and eclectic bars and restaurants, it is also a great place to explore the islands historic cathedral and ancient old town. Santa Ponsa is a great base to explore the North and east of the island,with Soller and Andratx both places of interest

  • RENTAL TERMS :- Based on 4 person occupancy. However, it may be possible to accommodate an additional small child. This will necessitate hiring in a cot or bed at a SUPPLEMENT of 30 Euros per week.
    DEPOSITS:- A security deposit of £200 is required with final payment / 25% deposit payable upfront to secure booking, (non refundable).
    BALANCE Payment :-is due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday or at the time of booking whichever is sooner.
    CANCELLATIONS:- Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of curtailment of your holiday this may be claimed through your travel insurance.
    Cleaning charges £50 deducted from return of security deposit.

Notes: The Kings Park complex is fully secure for families with children, approached via electronic gates. The first of the 2 pools is just a 20 yard stroll from the front door of the town house, with the small balcony of the second bedroom an ideal place to watch the family at play in the family pool and seating area, the second adult only pool can be found just a 1 minute walk through the mature gardens with a beautiful array of Palm trees and aloe vera plants. If you prefer your own space the Town house has a wonderful terrace and garden area with ample shade to sit back and relax or enjoy a barbeque whilst watching the sun set to the rear of the property. Although a car is recommended for visiting further afield, all the local facilities can be enjoyed within walking distance from Kings Park. The facilities are ideally suited to families with young children, or older couples looking to enjoy some peace and quiet.

Stylish holiday house

We stayed in the house for a week in August (two adults and teenage daughter).
Decor and furnishings were high spec, and there was everything that you would need (and some things you hadn't thought of).
Location was perfect for us and the steps/hill didn't cause us any problem. We have been to Santa Ponsa and prefer the quieter restaurants and bars near to Kings Park.
The swimming pools and areas were pretty quiet and the house is literally strides away from the family pool.
The garden is a lovely extra. Glen and Sheila were very friendly and helpful and Laura and Craig provided good communication.
This was the easiest holiday we have had, we had a very chilled week and will be returning next year.

Nice apartment, nice complex

My wife and I visited in August 09 after finding the home on the holiday rentals site. We found dealing with the owners to be very easy and the instructions to find the place were perfect. A car is highly recommended as the Kings Park complex is at the top of a steep hill and would be a problem for anyone not able to cope with a lot of steps or a steep road ascent. There is plenty free on street parking outsidet the complex. There are two pools, and plenty loungers. The week we visited there were mainly English families in the complex and around the pool.

The apartment itself is without fault, and the one minor issue we had was sorted quickly by Glen, who stays on the complex. Everything you need is in the apartment, however there is no close shop or restuarant, all are at the bottom of the (steep) hill. Bring or buy your own beach towels.

In terms of restuarants, there are plenty at the bottom of the hill on the Santa Ponsa seafront, but I'd recommend Wellies and The Binnacle in Puerto Portals, a ten minute taxi ride away for a different experience. Also some fab yachts to view! Also think about a drive to Puerto Soller, on the West coast, a pretty coastal village and a very scenic (mountainous) drive, although there is a short way back via Palma.

I'd go back.

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE, GREAT LOCATION, PERFECT HOLIDAY.

Caroline, Ian & Jean - We have just returned from our holiday in Santa Ponsa having stayed in Laura & Craig's beautiful house. The house is very, very comfortable and immaculate. It has been tastefully decorated & furnished to an extremely high & modern standard throughout - and is spotlessly clean.
The air-conditioning is an absolute god-send - as is the private garden & patio - being south facing ideal for sun worshipers & that all important tan!! these being just 2 extra features that adds to this house being so homely comfortable.
The gated community is very secure & pretty and the 2 pools are great - the family pool is close to the house and is rarely crowded and never noisy.
Glen & Sheila's knowledge of Santa Ponsa is a great help and they are there to meet & greet you and advise on all aspects of the house on Laura & Craig's behalf.
5/10 minutes downhill walk takes you to the gorgeous beach, shops and a huge variety of restaurants and bars. The walk back up the hill can be daunting!! - we chose a cab costing no more than 4 euros.
Kings Park is located in the quieter area of Santa Ponsa - but "The Square" on the other side of the bay is where you'll find the night life and hustle & bustle. Definately worth a visit during the day - but not for the feint hearted at night!
This is our 5th year at Santa Ponsa - and certainly will not be the last. Every year we find something different to see & do, and yes - you've guessed - we will certainly be staying in this house. We would recommend anyone to stay in Laura & Craig's holiday home as it is, without a doubt the icing on the cake and you will be staying in superb, clean luxury.

Lovely property. Nicely furnished and large comfortable beds. Second adult pool was great for quiet swim. Excellent location within walking distance to sea and centre of Santa Ponsa. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Service by Glen and Shiela in Majorca was excellent, they were on hand should you require them. When visiting Majorca would definately stay at this property again.

Comfortable, modern, great location, just perfect

Myself, my girlfreind, my freind and his girlfreind had fantastic stay at this town house. We're in our twenties and like our nice, modern places to stay and this was absolutely perfect for our stay in Santa Ponsa. The layout and interior of the apartment is modern, open and has plenty of space for families. The bedrooms are comfortable, bright and have plenty of storage and the main bathroom is big with a huge power shower. One of the best things about the house is the airconditioning in the living room and the bedrooms, it really was great at night and when you've spent all day in the sun. The family pool is near enough right next to the house and isn't too busy and there is another pool just up some steps. If we ever wanted to go into town & beach, we'd just walk down the hill and your there. It's literally five minutes away and probably the best location in Santa Ponsa. If you don't want to walk up the hill, a taxi costs no more than 4 Euro.

Craig and Laura made it very easy to book the apartment and were very helpful. Thanks to the both of them and we would certainly recommend the house to family and freinds.
