Ground floor condo, sleeps 6, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private den, golf. The interior is finished to the highest standard with luxurious fixtures and fittings. The condo is only 12 months old and was one of the last to be completed on this prestigious gated development. Vasari has an 18-hole championship golf course with 5 sets of tees, and Aqua driving range, plus the benefit of play between May-Oct at over 50 nearby golf clubs for all guests. In addition to golf, on-site facilities are spa complex, fitness centre, swimming pools, tennis courts, bars, café, and fine dining. The condo is 1,850sq ft. The Master bedroom has a king bed, TV, dual walk-in closets and en suite facilities and an oversized shower. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds, TV and en suite facilities. The den has a pull out sofa bed which sleeps 2. The rear of property has a lanai/conservatory overlooking Lake Vasari where you can relax and view the local bird and wildlife. Wireless internet access installed.

The condo is perfectly located in between Naples and Fort Myers, giving quick and easy access from Fort Myers Airport via the I75 interstate/motorway. (20 mins drive). Surrounding area has many places of interest, to give just a few:- Sanibel Island, Marco Island, Barefoot Beach, Naples Zoo, water parks, air boat rides, the Everglades and numerous shopping malls with all brand designers and also exquisite boutiques for the discerning shopper . The beach is only an 8 minute drive away. If you like to play golf, Vasari is a great course for all levels of golfers, and gives you access to 50+ other courses within the Naples area. (May -Oct) Florida Keys are easily accessible via a 3.5 hours high speed ferry service from Fort Myers and Naples, to Key West, or a leisurely drive to Key Largo the start of the keys approx 3 hours. Local activities, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, fishing, golf & fine dining. Disneyland and theme parks of Orlando are only a 3 hour drive away.

Arrived to the warmth - leaving the snow behind in England. The condo was beyond our expectations - so luxurious and tasteful. The setting in the golfing complex 'Vasari' and the view from the condo across the lake has to be seen to be appreciated. The location is ideal for access to so many different areas of the 'sunshine state', from Disney and the theme parks at Orlando to the north, to the Florida Keys in the south - all easily accessible by car. Have eaten in some excellent places, from Carrebas Italian grills in Naples and Bonita Springs, Bonefish grill - Bonita Springs, The Dock at Crayton cove and Marker 88 at Marathon in the keys. A day out not to be missed is at the Dolphin research centre, Marathon the keys - it was magic! (nb Don't forget to make full use of the heated swimming pool and hot tub at Vasari - so relaxing).

Another full day not to be miised is a 90 minute boat ride in the everglades to see the manatees, followed by a walk down the Big Cypres bend boardwalk by the Indian village at Fakahatchee strand preserve state park, plus a further short ride (14 miles) to see the alligators and bird life at the HP Williams picnic area. To finish the holiday what could be better than an evening at Tommy Bahamas - superb!

For 11 days we lived the ' American dream'!.

A month of paradise

Having spent 15 years of beach holidays in Florida we thought a month on a golf course might be fun-this was more than that, it was fantastic.

The property was perfect, well equiped and spacious with a wonderful view of the lake, including the occasional alligator. Large pool about 2 minures walk away. Gymn and tennis courts at clubhouse were first class.

For golfers, if you love a challenge you will love this course, the locals think it is one of the toughest in the area. But cleverly designed so that my wife, a genuine 36 handicap, enjoyed it.

Bonita beach is only 10 minutes away, great for shells, limited FREE parking.

Best value eating is still Carrabas on 41, go north or south about 6 miles.

wonderful condo and holiday

We have just returned from staying at Vasari, the Condo and facilities were perfect, there is everything in the Condo to make your stay home from home pure luxury. The property was better than the pictures and very clean and well maintained.

There was plenty to do in Naples and surrounding area, we visited the Everglades, Beaches at Naples Pier are a must, and visit the fishermen on the Pier. There were plenty of good restaurants and shops within a short drive.

Everything about our stay was lovely and we would recommend it to anyone and hope to return ourselves.

Thanks to Nicki for making everything easy.
