These large, bright purpose built holiday apartments provide excellent self-catering holiday accommodation for families and groups. Three double, twin or bunk bed rooms provide ample accommodation. The bright and spacious living area opens onto a terrace The apartments are within 5 minutes walk of the fantastic sandy beaches of Rafel and Maria Pia, which also has a public, outdoor swimming pool (open during the summer). The La Perla O offers a classic beach holiday apartment for larger families or groups wanting a comfortable base for their beach holiday with garden view. La Perla 92 offers a modern apartment holiday for families or groups of friends with a city view. Both apartments are within a minute or so walk of each other so great if two or more families want to stay together.

This spacious and comfortable apartment sleeps 5 / 6 people. This apartment is completely refurbished with new, bright modern fixtures and fittings. On the ground floor there is a new kitchen,in an open plan living area which leads to the furnished terrace.The new shower room and utility area with washing machine is also on the ground floor. The spiral stairs lead down to one double bedded room a twin bedded room and a single bedroom. These rooms are semi-basement with high windows, making them cool and fresh during the long, lovely Sardinian summer. The apartment complex is on a wide avenue which leads into Alghero town or you can just walk along the seafront promenade into Alghero. The apartment is ideally situated for Maria Pia, the beautiful sand dune area. Maria Pia is a pinewood which leads through onto a long stretch of sand dunes and golden sandy beaches

You are less than 30 minutes walk from the historical centre of Alghero's old walled town and short bus rides to the well known beaches Le Bombarde and Lazzaretto on the edge of the national park. Shops, bars and restaurants are close by and local buses can take you into Alghero old town if you prefer.

  • All linen, towels and beach towels are included in the rental rate
    A security deposit of £100 is payable, if it proves unnecessary to use the deposit, this is refunded on checking out as, cash. An end of stay cleaning charge of £40 is payable at the time of booking for parties of 4 people or less. The cleaning charge for parties of 5 people or more is £45, per holiday. An airport transfer service from your arrival airport is available with prices from £30 one way for groups of 4 people or less arriving to Alghero airport. For larger parties and alternate airports, the price is available on request. Cots are available for an extra £5 per night. If you have an evening departure, the apartment can be booked and guaranteed until 9pm on your departure evening for just just £45. Please request at the time of booking. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is requested to secure the booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday.
  • Extras bookable in advance.
    Cots are available at a rental charge of £5 per night.
    Cool boxes are available at a rental charge of £7 per holiday useful to reserve your baggage allowance with the low cost airlines.
    Grocery packs are available, useful for night time arrivals, they are £5 per person (minimum 2 people).
    Fans are available for £9 per week or £2 per day.
    Beach umbrellas are available for hire at £9 per week or £2 per day.
  • Cancellations 55 days to 42 days before arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the holiday cost. Cancellations within 42 days to 35 days of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the holiday cost. Cancellations within 35 days to 28 days of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the holiday cost. Cancellations within 28 days to 14 days of arrival are subject to cancellation fee of 75% of the holiday cost. Cancellations within 14 days to the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the holiday cost.

Spacious apartment for our party of 8 people. The airconditioning was a godsend and overall the apartment was very comfortable and conveniently siuated for the great beaches and linked by bus to the old town. The only downside was the shower downstairs which was a bit grim. A bar was usefully just a few doors away from the apartment. Would come again.
Owner's Response: The apartment is ideal for a large group or family holiday, with two shower rooms and large social areas inside and outside. We would be delighted to see the family again

The owner provided a good transfer from the airport and was always on hand either in person or by phone. The property was well placed for the beach and for accessing the main town and old town. The welcome food pack was great as we arrived late in the evening.
Alghero is a lovely town and is well worth a visit. A car is a must as there are many pretty places to explore further a field.
The apartment was very disappointing and is in desperate need of updating, deep cleaning and general maintenance to make it acceptable and safe for paying clients. Although this wasn't an expensive rental, in our opinion it fell below minimum standards.
