Spacious villa with private pool in quiet neighbourhood but close to the historic town of Agde with shops restaurants and a host of holiday facilities. Located between Agde and le Grau D'Agde it is ideally located for easy access to both the town and the beaches. The private 8m x 4m pool is a sun trap and the villa has a sunbathing terrace adjacent to the pool and a further dining terrace with dining table seating 8.
