Located in Cannes Grand Parc, a secure fenced estate with 24 hours security in the Croix des Gardes - a 35 acre parkland from which you can admire the stunning views over Cannes and the clear blue Mediterranean sea. A high quality villa with a large shaded terrace, opening on a garden with olive trees. Downstairs: Entrance opening on a large air conditioned living room and dining area,plus separate kitchen with full cooking facilities, 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and toilet, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds or double beds with 2 en-suite shower rooms , 3 separate toilets. The villa has a large garage and 2 parking spaces. Two large shared pools in the residence.The centre of CANNES with Rue d'Antibes and Boulevard de la Croisette plus Palais des Festivals and the beach are a short 5 minute drive away. Cannes is the capital of the cinema, and hosts congresses all the year : MIDEM, MIPIM, MIP TV, International Film Festival, International Advertising Festival, Fireworks Festival, MIPCOM, Tax Free…Visit Grasse, the town of the perfume industry (15 km away), Nice and its museums, Monaco and the Grimaldi's Palace. From Cannes, you can go to Italy within an hour. Do not forget the hinterland, with its old Provencal villages.

My wife and I have been going to Cannes for many years. I can confirm to everyone that this is one of the best villas that we have ever stayed in during our business trips and holidays in Cannes. We were looked after by the excellent management team. The owners were very charming and helpful. The location of the villa for the Palais des Festivals, the beach, and the famous Rue D'Antibes is a very short distance by car. There is a small shopping centre within walking distance. The villa is spotless, beautifully furnished and equipped with all the necessary utensils. We will keep going there every year. We highly recommend this villa - don't take our word for it - see for yourselves!

My husband and I and our 4 children had a fantastic holiday. In particular the children enjoyed the family-friendly environment - the 2 swimming pools, the play area and they enjoyed exploring La Crois des Gardes which is not far from the villa. My husband appreciated the short distance from the villa to Cannes centre and the beach.
We will definately recommend it to our friends.

My colleagues and I were greeted and looked after by the management team who cared for this villa. The location suited us very well, not far from Cannes centre and Rue D'Antibes, so we were able to combine business and pleasure. Also there were many restaurants and a shopping centre not far from the villa.
I would definately recommend the Holiday-Rentals website and this villa to anyone who would like to visit Cannes.

We wre very pleased with this well maintained villa.
We received a friendly greeting - nothing was too much bother. The location was excellent for our business, which was mostly in the Palais Des Festival.

My family and I stayed in this villa for 2 weeks. The children loved it so much because of the play area and the 2 swimming pools - they made many new friends. We have decided to go there again next July 2010.
